We are a marketing company that offers services mainly to retailers and specialized in Mobile Wallet Marketing, where I am the CEO.

We needed to develop an application based on Mobile Wallet, and we did not find many companies that had done any development for it. It is a rather complicated development where we have encountered many complications that we have been able to solve in an adequate way.

What were your goals for this project?

It is an innovative solution for customer loyalty that allows you to create and manage digital stamp cards, coupons, Loyalty Cards, membership cards ... and store them in the Wallet or Passbook of consumers' Smartphone without the need to download Apps.

How did you select this vendor?

They recommended it to us on a platform called Frelancer.com, they showed us several projects they had done, where there was one that in some points was similar to what we needed. In addition, the payments were in the thousands, as we did not risk too much.

We explained to them in several meetings the functionalities that we wanted for our application and we gave them some application reference that we liked so that they could be fixed. From there they created a back end for clients and another for application administration, in addition to a website.

What was the team composition?

We do not know very well how many components the team has been, but it has been enough to cover all the necessary aspects of development, sometimes the team has had to be reinforced by introducing something that was not in the initial budget, we have had to pay for it, but it has been done.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our solution is in my view the best Mobile Wallet Marketing solution in the world, it may not be at the functional level yet, but it is at the usability level, it is thought and developed so that anyone can carry out a loyalty campaign, or create a membership card without any prior knowledge, the launch of the application was just in March 2020, and with the Coronavirus we could not commercialize it until June 2020, today, five weeks later we have 600 registered users. In addition to having appeared in more than 150 media, we have a large number of people interested in marketing our solution.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Communication with the project manager has been very fluent despite the language barrier, my English is not very good, but in the end we always made ourselves understood. We have had some discrepancy, especially when it comes to negotiating development prices, but that is normal in every business. The only thing I can reproach in the task reporting tool, has always been done by slack and does not comply with everything necessary to keep track of the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We like their predisposition to do everything we want to do and the high qualification of their workers, both professionally and personally.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only thing I can reproach is that the hourly price that the initial application was developed is much lower than what we are currently paying for the update and support service, which sometimes makes us consider hiring inhouse or external personnel, but here , in Spain, since the price difference is not much.

We were looking to outsource several diverse projects and found Arhamsoft to be a professional, responsive, and cost-effective solutions provider.

They were asked to develop a video-sharing platform that would scan and identify objects in uploaded videos using machine learning and object recognition technology. Once the images in the videos were identified, video creators would be able to tag each image with a unique URL and image description. They were also asked to track the analytics for the website and users.

We had an MVP with 10 months.

The team has worked hard delivering a complex ecosystem across multiple modules and having to bridge them together. The hybrid system works across web2.0, Web 3.0, blockchain and crypto architecture and their ability to produce all of the different systems and inter grate them was fantastic

They are  proficient in communication with the client and be available to take on work changes. We communicated almost daily through what’s app and any changes that were needed were implemented almost immediately

ArhamSoft quoted time was nearly the time it took to actually complete the job, which I really appreciated because past developers often over promise and under deliver. They went beyond in completing the job within my specifications, and the communication was great.

We communicated through messenger daily and billing was weekly. Normally I am hesitant to hire hourly, but they completed the job within the budget set.

After the job was over, 2 or 3 weeks later Adil contacted me about a update needed for my GitHub. I had no idea this was needed. Very professional of his team to inform me about this.
