I had a great experience working with ArhamSoft on our development projects. Any delays or issues were addressed promptly, and adjustments were made to meet our requirements. ArhamSoft was brought on board to develop our NFT Marketplace while our team focuses on the development of our POS System. Our goal was to develop a multi-chain NFT Marketplace that supports creators and provides a clean, seamless process for buyers on the market.

Developing all aspects of the marketplace such as multi-blockchain accessibility, wallet connect, auction, buy/sell now, minting collections, revamping the front-end, chat system, and backend system for our team to set parameters on the marketplace, and much more.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our deliverables were exactly what we were looking for, if any function was not working properly the team would provide the necessary changes in a timely manner. Since our product was not live we did not have the urgency as others. We took our team on both sides to ensure the products were top-notch at the end. Which we are still continuing to expand at the moment.

We were provided daily updates not only through chat but through multiple spreadsheets created by both sides of the team. Working with their team was seamless and they provided all the answers needed for clarity.

The willingness to be patient with our team and provide us with development aspects without increasing the total cost. They understand our long-term relationship and are willing to create functions to see our company thrive as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Our biggest takeaway is some functions were not working properly or as intended and that may be due to miscommunication on our side. The reason I say that is because once we provided a more detailed breakdown of the functionality the development was completed correctly. Regardless, every team has room for improvement and nothing really stands our which is why we continue to work with Arham.

They’re very good. Regardless of what skill sets I need for my team, I can always call them up and have the right person placed with me. They can provide all the advantages of a big company and a small company. Even as we moved to another company to handle penetration testing, they’ve still provided initial testing and helped me prepare for the full testing process. As we’ve moved toward working on our table solution, they’ve been great at helping me develop Android screens. In certain situations, they’ve provided PHP, Linux, GPS, and Spanish HTML support.

How did ArhamSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

They report to me each morning and I give them a list of tasks to complete for the day. We had previously used JIRA to help simplify project management, but are now moving to a freeware solution. Their CEO is always available and responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re honest and not afraid to call me if they have feedback on anything we’re doing. They’ve taken the time to fully understand our projects so they can truly be a part of them and help me find the best possible solutions. I’m confident that they can provide developers that can solve any problems I encounter. Even if they don’t have an internal teammate, they’ll connect you with an external resource.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think so. I hope they don’t change anything about their business model as they expand.

If you’ve got development needs, give them a call. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone. Their CEO personally gets involved in the project and will help wherever possible. He sincerely wants every project to be successful.

I’m the VP of Sales at a software company offering ERP solutions. We have about 50 employees in the US with a sister company in the UK.

What challenge were you trying to address with ArhamSoft?

We needed bidirectional capability to push back and configure, integrate, and update four CRMs, namely  Zoho, HubSpot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo. We also wanted to do a little of the digital marketing ourselves but we were not good at it, so we've been relying on ArhamSoft for those needs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ArhamSoft has worked on a variety of projects in multiple phases. The scope of the project grew because we were impressed with their initial work and they had good internal resources. 

Phase one was CRM integration — we only wanted them to work on a little part of this because we could figure out the rest ourselves. However, after speaking with them we learned how much more we could do by linking all systems together.

They then built a whole program that’s based on our logic, which was the second phase. They wrote a custom map with triggers and its own server. They also created webhooks that push things back and forth between our four systems.

When we saw that these phases went great, we entered an agreement with them to do on-site and off-site SEO and email campaigns as our full-on marketing partner.

They utilize social media, Google Ads, Web 2.0 properties, and HubSpot target marketing. They also do campaigns, meta-tagging, and internal linking while fixing site navigation and speed. Directories, social bookmarks, blogs and blog comments, forums, articles, press releases, and videos are also within their coverage.

What is the team composition?

Danish (Head of Business Development) is our main point of contact and coordinates everything. He is incredible at following up and making sure everything stays on track. I’ve talked to a lot of people from their team and the CFO called us once as well.

We found them on Freelancer.com. They have experts on everything; to hire 10 people that even come close to their skill would have been impossible for us. That was the leading reason why I wanted to partner with them.

We started doing the CRM and marketing work in October 2020. We’re still working with them at the moment.

The projects have been 100% successful so far. We are only two months into the SEO work but we’ve already been amazed. It took a while but we’re seeing a very good uptick in leads. The website figures are increasing and all metrics are looking good. Their team is just amazing.

They record daily activities on a dashboard to track our goals, results, and increases. They give us a Mammoth report every day and, upon my request, present a scorecard on a weekly basis.

We used to talk a lot at the beginning of the endeavor but now that they have everything set up, we have handed the project off to them. They do everything themselves and ask questions if they have any.

I wish they could come to my office but they’re in Pakistan, and distance and timezone haven’t even been a problem. They will pick up any time of the day and accommodate us whenever we ever asked to change something up.

I feel that ArhamSoft is sincere and honest, which is what I need as a non-marketing expert. They’re also diligent, getting the job done and doing more than what they say. They’re very trustworthy people and they’re good at follow-ups. I’m overly impressed. Any other company would’ve just kept sending invoices but these guys just kept working. It’s been a great experience. 

Everyone in our company, especially the several people on our team that work with them often, feels the same way— that they’re extremely reliable, smart, and way ahead of us. I feel like we’re constantly trying to catch up but we’re learning as we grow.

There's no area of improvement; I’m completely satisfied. Even though we have a time difference, we plan for it and it has honestly never been a problem. They accommodate us any time we needed to change something.

Potential customers have to talk to the team about the scope of the project. ArhamSoft has so many resources that they can do a little of everything. They’re a great company to go to whether you’re just looking for content or need a whole turnkey solution with experts.

We wanted to launch a superhero-themed game for 2-5 years old to help them learn numbers. We needed someone to help develop it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We scoped out the project together. They made a proposal, and they did the first mockup of the game. We decided to move forward, but we stopped for a few months because we had to build the final connectors. Then we engaged with them to change the mockup and implement the final game with graphics. The project took around 6-7 months, but that included a couple of months where we had to finalize our side’s assets. The game will be available on both iOS and Android.

With some of our requirements, like push notifications, they learned along the way. They delivered them, and I’m happy about that. However, they also learned along the way. Some of that took a bit longer because it was the first time they were doing specific things. They need to add some expertise on particular technologies we use.

They are a friendly team. They try their best. They work hard and are technically strong. I recommend working with them.

We sell professional kitchen and art knives. We designed a configurator in a 3D environment where users are able to put artwork on the blade. They can use design templates we made ourselves or can upload pictures themselves to see the knife in the 3D environment.

For every knife, we have a nearly photorealistic rendering – we have over 2,000 products. After using the configurator, a file is generated and uploaded into a modern laser process that puts the art on the knife.

We gave their team 20%-30% of the development that had been completed. They checked the coding, fixing any problems. We spoke many times about our configurator because it’s new to the market and uses different engineering technology.

The team also worked on our web design. We have a special system on WooCommerce that works with the German market. We’re working on implementing the configurator within the system’s database.

ArhamSoft has given us great support. I have a good feeling about the product, and we work very well together. Their team has a lot of knowledge. They’re also polite and responsive. When issues arose, they did their best to understand what was going on and to fix it.

Their skillset for coding is impressive. Even when it sounds impossible, they do their best to meet their clients’ needs. I can only give them the highest recommendation.

From a project management standpoint, they’ve performed well. We’re in Germany, and they’re in Pakistan. Even with a time difference, meeting with them isn’t a problem. They start working four hours later than we do.

We communicate through Skype. If I send them a message, I usually receive a response in 20 minutes.

ArhamSoft tries to find solutions for their customers. They won’t stop until they find a solution that satisfies their clients.

We will work with their team in the future. Web design needs change from time to time. For these, clients need someone that’s on their side. ArhamSoft does that for their clients.

As the new website goes live, we have started receiving client inquiries as expected.

The project was managed quite effectively through Slack for external communication with us and JIRA for their internal communication, task management, and bugs listing, etc. Everything was well-communicated to us without any delay and we find all team members quite proactive in this regard.

The dedicated resources are great at working both independently and in teams. They can take your requirements and figure out solutions. They keep a honing eye on project workflow and operations to deliver it on estimates.

The project was to build a cart loader taking an order from one ecommerce platform to a custom checkout page that was attached to a crm. They built and put together all of this.

For the first project because they have never done it before they said they were putting 4 people on it to test building it by a deadline that I gave them. They ended up completing it in a way faster time. Turns out that they only need 2 recourses per store so that made my cost way cheaper do to me not tying up resources.
