They began by conducting a full audit of our website, identifying areas that needed technical improvement. They helped us clean up on-page SEO, fix speed issues, improve site structure, and optimize metadata.

Beyond technical SEO, they guided our internal content team through a long-term strategy. They helped us identify blog topics relevant to our industry, optimized existing content, and made sure every piece we published worked toward a unified objective. They even supported us during a full website redesign, ensuring the transition didn’t harm our search performance.

The results have been both measurable and meaningful. Our keyword rankings improved across the board, especially for the top twenty-five terms we initially identified. Several of those keywords now appear on the first page of Google, and many others are climbing steadily.

We’ve seen a consistent increase in organic traffic month after month. More importantly, the quality of traffic has improved. We’re now attracting users who are genuinely aligned with our offerings, and we’ve noticed an uptick in engagement and lead conversions through organic channels.

We do a weekly call with their team to make sure we are seeing progress, and that we are aligned on what projects we are prioritizing and we can make those decisions together.

They provide a very detailed monthly report that outlines progress against our goals, and then they provide a summary of what's next, what they are noticing, etc. 

I can't think of a time when they were behind schedule, or failed to deliver something they had committed to.  Their team has been great to work with and even when there are bumps in the road, they are quick to resolve the issue.  We had one project manager that was fine, but we weren't blown away by.  We brought this to their attention, and they immediately switched us to someone else and we've been with that person/team ever sense and have been very pleased.

They aren't focused on short term "quick fixes", but rather sustaintable SEO which has been refreshing.  A lot of other companies I have worked with in the past have promised things that just aren't realistic, like ranking after a specified period of time for very specific keywords. 

Arch web design takes a long-term approach and builds SEO strategies in a sustainable way. I don't know this for sure, but I'm guessing that part of the reason that we haven't seen large swings when Google makes changes, is because we are doing things the "right" way, as opposed to taking shortcuts to short term ranking gains and traffic gains.

To be honest, I can’t think of a single area where they’ve fallen short. Their work has been timely, transparent, and consistently aligned with our goals. They’ve shown integrity, adaptability, and deep industry knowledge throughout the entire engagement.

They started by going through the old site and pointing out what needed to be fixed. Then they made a plan for how they’d rebuild it. They handled everything  new designs, mobile setup, better forms for donations and volunteering, and cleaned-up content too.

They also worked on the backend stuff like site speed and SEO. We had a lot of pet profiles and events that needed to be easier to find. They helped with all that. They even helped us link up our CRM better so everything runs smoother.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the site went live, we noticed people were staying longer on the site and not bouncing off as much. Our online donations jumped right away about 25% more than before. Volunteer sign-ups also picked up. Pages load faster now and everything just feels easier.

We had people on our team say they’re way more comfortable using the backend now too. That matters a lot.

They were easy to talk to. We mostly used email and Zoom. The project manager checked in often and kept us updated. If we had questions, they answered quick. They also gave us a space online to review drafts and give feedback. It helped us stay on the same page the whole way through.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really cared. You could tell they weren’t just building another site....they wanted it to help our cause. They understood the nonprofit world and worked with our needs. They were patient, helpful, and listened. I liked how they made things simple for us without cutting corners.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Arch Web Design could have done differently?

The only small hiccup was scheduling the first call. Took a little back and forth, but once we started, things went smooth. No real complaints at all.
