Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Aqua Vita redesigned our company home page to better suit navigation for our patrons and donors by creating a new menu that features key buttons used frequently, ensuring easy flow for our audience. Also provided was creation, optimization, and implimentation of a video on the home page created with load time in mind. Aqua Vita also added some quick animation of text that helped create some great movement.

One of the reasons we have continued to use Aqua Vita for so long is their great communication. They are always so incredibly fast at responding and are extremely proactive. Our first meeting was virtual to finalize our scope and ensure we were on the same page for this project, and then all communication after that was over email.

They are just always so proactive and easy to work with. They are one of the easiest vendors to work with, by far. Also impressive is their knowledge of the industry, that they are always happy to share with us. I can tell they really do want their customers to succeed. We always feel very well taken care of.

Not that I can think of.

I am the President/Owner of a small manufacturing company that produces commercial awnings and industrial covers for the oil and airline industries.

We were seeking a company to assist in updating and managing our website. We were previously attempting to control and or juggle the website in-house.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We sat down with several team members and discussed our thoughts and goals for the website. The entire Aqua Vita staff was very accomodating to our thoguhts and ideas.

The management of our website is an ongoing project to include multiple aspects of showcasing our business and specialty projects.

We have worked with the entire staff from top to bottom. Actual individual positions were never an issue.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Becasue of the time and effort Aqua Vita spends reviewing, updating and attending to our website, the traffic continues to growth month over month.

I am in weekly, and sometimes daily, conversations with the project manager assigned to our website development.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Aqua Vita has given us a professional website with input and discussions on what our goals are for each post. The entire staff is willing to go above and beyond to ensure we are completely satisfied with the end results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I do not believe they could ahve done anything differently. It has been a very pleasureable experience working with the Aqua Vita staff.

I am President and Owner of Southwestern Payroll Service, Inc. in Tulsa Oklahoma. We provide Payroll and payroll tax processing as well as Time and Labor Management, HR Software and HR services to other companies. We have more than 1000 customers.

Aqua Vita created our website years ago. Occasionally they review our needs and goals and create a plan to update the site both for content and for aesthetics. AV also does our Mail Chimp templates and many other marketing related services. They are a full service design, web and marketing company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Years ago we were introduced to the main partners Jonathan and Jessica. They are delightful people and it was clear they would bring the creativity and enthusiasm we wanted to our marketing needs. They have never disappointed and are always responsive.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Jonathan met with us in our offices and made many suggestions for relevant updates and deletions. He interviewed us about upcoming initiatives and any new developments in our company and industry. AV created a number of new pages to reflect additions to our services. After the initial stage, we had a chance to review and comment and then Jonathan was able to complete the task. He has gotten to know our business well and it is efficient working with him.

Jonathan, President and a couple of other staffers whose names escape me.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

First of all, Jonathan completed the work in a short time frame, as promised. I love the changes they made and trust that Jonathan will continue to add value to his services by continuing to know our company and our senior staff well.

The workflow was seamless and communication was direct with Jonathan and my team as he had questions or ideas,

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Aqua Vita has very talented designers and they can perform with excellence in a wide array of channels. These include web design and development, graphic design, photography, print design and others. They are immensely talented, responsive, and operate with great integrity. They have servant hearts and work on a variety of causes including pro-bono work for non-profits when they can. They also have provided vital clean water (Aqua Vita) to numerous communities in Africa.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I really have no criticisms of Aqua Vita. They take great care of us and respond quickly when we need to post something to our site. They are great and trusted partners.

I'm a 3rd generation owner/President of a residential and commercial roofing company serving the Greater Tulsa area. Since 1962.

I met a Aqua Vita Creative sales consultant at a Better Business Bureau networking meeting in 2009 and I've worked closely with their team ever since that Spring.

The Aqua Vita Creative team assisted me in strategizing a game plan to gain momentum in a the highly competitive industry. They used analytics to illustrate how I need to make the most out of my financial investment in spreading my campaign across the board from SEO to PPC.

I've worked directly with each member of the Aqua Vita Creative team according to the strengths of that member. From their social media team, to video collaboration and digital marketing I knew I was working with professionals at the top of their respected fields in helping me design a road map toward success.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I hear positive feedback from potential clients in our first introduction about how they enjoyed reading about our family business journey and becoming educated in my field based on what they read either from my website or an article that was written by the Aqua Vita Creative team. Clients tell me they feel like they know me before we actually meet and I love that positive feedback.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As previously stated above, as the president of my company I have the pleasure of working directly with the Aqua Vita Creative team personally. When I call randomly, they pick up or text me they'll call me back ASAP and they always do just that.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

A mutual respect for one another. Their knowledge of their ever-changing industry and how we can continue to use that information to remain competitive after 60 years in business. They love to compete as much as we do and that has kept us in a tight bond. Their CEO will recommend audio books for me to listen to that he knows I will enjoy and appreciate regarding different perspectives from highly successful entrepreneurs.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I really would be stretching to come up with something they could do better. The Aqua Vita Creative team is on point. They're a well-oiled machine with an affordable budget for a business of any size.
