We were looking for production help, mainly scriptwriting. This is important to pre-production because it's the blueprint of the whole process.

We looked through upwork talent, and found them after an extensive search.

We started with a call. Then we did a few trials to see the level of understanding. Blockchain is not an "easy" topic per se, it requires a lot of research. They delivered and we ended up using their writer for all of our videos now.

We found the vendor on UpWork after posting a project and requesting responses.

Loosely defined specifications for sub-projects were provided to the AppWrk team by our in-house development team. The deliverables included SQL Server objects and .Net codebase using vue.js

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Sub-projects assigned to the team are being completed with minimal supervision and input. Their team has been working independently and delivering good quality code in a timely manner.

The AppWrk team integrated with our own systems and toolsets and communicated clearly when any additional direction was required. We primarily used slack for project communications (other than specifications and work item tracking).

Good responsiveness, flexibility, and a solid productive output have been hallmarks of the engagement,

Occasionally, there has been confusion on priorities, but overall we are very happy with the engagement

Better understanding of technical niches to write about. It's a learning process, though.
