1. A passenger app for booking rides, tracking drivers, and handling payments 
2. A driver app where drivers could accept trips, navigate to customers, and monitor their earnings 
3. An admin dashboard for managing the operation overall 
4. Backend development to keep the platform stable and running properly behind the scenes

What I appreciated was that they didn’t overload things with unnecessary features. The system felt focused and practical, which is exactly what we wanted.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest success was simply that the platform worked the way it was supposed to. The apps functioned properly, bookings went through smoothly, drivers were able to accept rides without issues, and the admin side gave us clear visibility into the operation. I have worked with software projects long enough to know that “working as promised” is sometimes harder to achieve than people think. In this case, the product was delivered in good shape and ready for launch without major complications.

Their team was organized and very easy to communicate with throughout the project. We received regular updates, and they were responsive whenever we had questions or wanted adjustments made.

One thing I valued was that they never disappeared for days at a time, which unfortunately happens with some development firms. We always knew where things stood. The project was completed on schedule, and overall the process felt steady and professionally managed from start to finish.

What impressed me most was that they listened carefully before jumping into development. A lot of companies are quick to say yes to everything, but Apptechies took the time to understand how the business would actually operate day to day. They also made thoughtful suggestions during development that improved the usability of the app without making things overly complicated. By the end, the platform felt polished and well considered rather than rushed together.

Overall, the experience was positive. If I had to mention one thing, I would say a little more post-launch guidance would have been helpful, particularly for team members who were less technical. That said, it was a relatively small issue in the grand scheme of the project. The quality of the work itself was solid, communication was consistent, and they delivered what they promised.

When the interview was aired, because of the exposure, Apptechies dedicated their time to ensure the marketing website was live within hours. That’s a lot of professionalism and empathy towards our company as a whole. That’s hard to find anywhere in the corporate world.

Not really a big of deal because it only missed a few days from the decided deadlines. All the beta developments are sent to us to review before eventually be released to the stores

We have almost all IT sectors from Techangouts being assigned to our needs, we have been working for almost 3 years in maintaining and developing new features for the app

We have a boost in traffics and quite a number of feedbacks sent to our admins, we had a quite significant increase on sales and user traffic after releasing the new features

They are not only doing the project but also give us as the hirer some values and drawbacks of our requested projects.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are pre-launch, however, I am very satisfied with the product and communication.

The project management started on PeoplePerHour, and they are very flexible in working with the tools I prefer, which I am very much grateful for. We worked using google spreadsheets for feedback/revisions, WhatsApp for daily communication and Asana for general project management.

That I got to work with the Founder & CEO and he is so responsive as well as seeing the team go above and beyond.

I really don't have too much on feedback as I have received great service and quality.
