This is the main deciding factor as other vendors were not so technically and were lacking when we asked them some technical questions.

Our project is mainly focusing on VEGAN products and we are selling the product through our app. We are having lot of videos helping to describe the vegan cooking concept. Our development was based on AGILE methodology and AJ's team took our project very professionally.

Our project was delivered in 6 months with 2 month POST LIVE free support. Our customers are very amazed to use the application developed by tecHangouts LLC

Project manager created a group with us on Skype/Zoom and scheduled multiple meetings with us , so that all the process can be transparent to us through out the development. They invited us on trello to assign bugs or any features we needed to prioritise.We also used emails and phone calls for quick chat to know the status.

The way they effectively used scrum methodology and delivered deployable products every 4-5 weeks, So that we were able to show our investors the progress.

I didn't felt that, they could have handled my project any better. Their approach was highly professional and I was happy with their services.

We recently launched our apps and website in the market. We are start getting the lot of user on board and we are happy the way we have our app and website. Really impressive work!!

Very first impression was their app prototype. They took our idea during a call and came up with an app prototype that was very impressive and accurate. They are really professional and provided the HIGH quality of work which was promised. I'm 100/100 satisfied with their work and communication.

We were not having any SRS document so they took our idea on call. I guess there must be documentation of requirement either by client or by service provider.

Within about four weeks of registration, they matched me with an investor who funded the app development. From there, Apptechies took over all aspects of the build.

Honestly, I didn’t experience any major issues. If anything, as the project scales and more founders join the Accelerator Program, I’d suggest expanding the support team to maintain the same level of responsiveness and personal attention. But in my case, everything went smoothly.

Next, design and prototyping will produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and an interactive prototype for stakeholder feedback, followed by user testing. Development will focus on customer-facing features (user login, service browsing, booking, payments via Stripe/PayPal, reviews, referral programs, and push notifications) and service provider tools (profile management, scheduling, earnings tracking, and customer chat). We used WordPress. I wanted to maintain control, so I used a local designer for the site’s look and feel. tecHangouts asked for three Photoshop pages of my desired front page and a couple of different back pages. They then built the site, with ongoing iterations as we progressed. The actual look, including colors, was not done by tecHangouts. I mostly worked with Vuhar Mamedov, the CEO.

We’ve received many compliments on the site, saying it’s clean, easy to navigate and responsive. It’s not a transactional site, so we focused on simplicity. For business sites, people want them clean, fast and easy to find information on, which is what we delivered.

Very well. They were quick. Outsourcing can have issues, especially with communication, but it was easy with tecHangouts. Their English is good and they understand commercial goals and aesthetics. I rarely had to explain something twice.

Their communication and making sure they understand the objectives. They provided feedback, which isn’t always common in outsourcing. None at this point. It was a simple website project. I have a more complicated project in mind and definitely will use them for it. This was a test to see how the relationship works and I’ve been impressed. Communication is key when working long distance, and if that works well, it’s like working with a local team of developers.

We wanted a web app and tecHangouts LLC made that happen. We came up with the idea, design, concepts and written requirements. I sent those to them and they planned how to implement it.

Since it was our first project, we had many changes. They helped us refine the concept and did initial consultations until we had our first product. Then they took over the technical development, determined the best tech stack to achieve our goals. They built the backend with Node.js and frontend with the Angular framework and did in-house testing.

The project was managed by an outsourced team from tecHangouts LLC. They developed products with all the required features to meet our business needs. First, the design team created clickable prototypes for all the apps we wanted to build. The first phase was to build the MVP versions of the modern mobile applications. We then further developed the products and adjusted them to market needs and maintained them post release.

One of our apps for nursing homes has been very successful. What started as a startup with 3 people has grown to a company with dozens and is the first of its kind in Australia. The service is in many facilities around the country and we are looking to expand our client base with feature changes within the app..

Compared to other teams we’ve worked with, tecHangouts LLC was very good at understanding our requirements. The face to face meetings were great and we had them several times during the project. tecHangouts LLC even recommended we have these meetings to finalise the products together. Despite the investment and effort required (due to the distance) we really liked the benefits of this approach.

tecHangouts LLC’s consultants communicated well in English, they were engaged in the project and determined to resolve any issues that arose. They have a well documented development process and we could check the results regularly. The apps were shared in a cloud based testing environment and we received documentation, design visuals and test versions of the products.
