They have an excellent product. I suggest good negotiation and a good detailed contract

I suggest you draw up a contract with plenty of details about the products and deadlines to be delivered.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

After the deadline for delivery, the project was not ready and functional. Always with repetitive errors, missing several functions, such as the agent function, among others. Mr. Raul, the CEO, and Mr. Rajiv, the Business Manager, always promised delivery, which never happened. We were deceived every month, with promises of delivery and they never happened. 

4 months of waiting without deliveries being made, he continued to charge (according to the contract), even without deliveries. In February, they stopped the servers, and our website went offline. I requested the source code to continue working with another company, but they denied it. Conclusion: they received more than 12 thousand dollars, and I have no website or script today. I understand that this was a coup, planned in detail.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• None. 
• The demo script had bugs that were never fixed.
• Customizations were not delivered on time
• They always promised to do the job, but there were always mistakes and it never worked properly.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They worked like Trello. But every card we inserted took more than 15 days to move and when they were delivered, there was an error and it came back. With that, the sorting began again, of the same work for weeks and they were never delivered. If they didn't delete it, there is Trello with all the tasks not being ready on the due date, to prove it

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

In February 2024, I was at a huge loss. I tried to negotiate and ask the company's CEO, Mr. Raul, to give me the money back, but he refused. Saying that I hadn't paid, even though he knew that 6 months later they hadn't delivered

Are there any areas for improvement or something Appscrip could have done differently?

Yes, They have a good website. They show several prizes on the website. They show that they make several developments and clones. But the demos are incomplete. They cannot promise to deliver in 150 days and then fail to deliver 240 days later. They can't make my website offline. They didn't deliver the scripts we paid for over 1 year ago. They need to be honest

I paid $2,000 for their dating app template: https://www.appscrip.com/dating-software-for-online-dating in December 2018. Now it's January 2020 and they haven't provided the final build to me.

What was the team composition?

One coordinator which seldom communicate. One back end programmer + one client programmer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They haven't delivered the final app a year later. While I can easily find many other template with SOURCE CODE out there, I thought that there are some features in their template that I need and I spent $2,000 for the template WITHOUT SOURCE CODE.

During more than 1 YEAR, I even helped them to as a tester and add more than 200 bugs in their template and now they haven't provided me the final version for store submission.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It's funny that the only extra feature I requested in the contract is adding my language to the app. In the last two months, they haven't even answered my messages in our Skype group. They've just ignored me.

Appscrip built four native apps, two for customers (iOS/ Android) and two for businesses (iOS/ Android). They also built a progressive web application that allows users to book from a website. They created the administration and dispatch pieces as well.

Appscrip created beautiful apps that work seamlessly cross platform. They were always so patient and kind. Their team was very easy to work with. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Appscrip team was super diligent. They provided great attention to detail and were incredibly smart when it comes to logic and UI/UX. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

In addition to the app’s speed and features, I most appreciate the kindness of the entire team. I’m not a technical founder yet they made me feel as if I was on their level.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not much to improve, but sometimes they seemed to take on a little more than they can handle.
