Apps Cyclone Technology JSC has been providing us with iOS and Android mobile app development services. We’ve started the process by giving them a brief with the details of the database they need to use to build the product since we want to integrate the app into an existing software, which they also created.

In terms of features, the app does detailed energy meter readings and location notes and takes photos to collect utility data. It also uses QR technology, which helps us label meters and link them with our main software.

The good thing about working with Apps Cyclone is their consistency in responding to our needs, despite being in another country. They’re receptive to feedback and critical issues, which helps me resolve problems with agility.

They’ve been able to meet my deadlines and deliver their tasks within the given timeframe. The team accommodates my concerns on weekends, which is quite rare for a service provider.

There’s a slight language barrier between our teams, but we’re able to understand each other perfectly, so I don’t have any issues.

Apps Cyclone have been a business partner with this CMS. Service has been outstanding. There is no problem they cannot work out a solution.

We have worked across multiple tools from Monday (for project management) to using skype and Zoom for video conferencing

Attitude and commitment. Nothing too hard.

No, they are a great team and I enjoy working with them (they put up with me and my lack of technical expertise)
