All works were done until deadlines and all works were completed by guidelines from platforms. We got a new way to attract new users to our platform with better UI/UX

We used Slack and YouTrack to update the status of our tasks, and every week the calls also helped. Product manager always warned us if the development was delayed and explained the reason for the delay.

We’ve filled out the brief, discussed time frames one more time and the project was set to work. AppKong team made an extended website development Technical Task. It included: hosting to be used, browsers information, CMS recommendations, and a super detailed website structure.

Our website was created over a year ago and turned out to be built on the wrong CMS system for our scalability plans (SEO scalability as well as content). We needed a scalable solution to import and keep content on the website up-to-date as easy as possible, centralized and standardized.

This was not possible before, as the old agency did a horrible job understanding our needs. By doing this, we were hoping to improve our content and research processes, winning time and have a standardized approach to content on our website which should lead to improved SEO rankings in the future.

I knew the vendor through some podcasts and youtube videos, where the owner showed his understanding of SEO approaches in various industries.

After a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals, we received 3 initial proposals and solutions for the main page of our site. Once we agreed on the technical description and our needs we had a few discovery sessions to analyze our competition in the digital landscape.

Based on this analysis, we received a draft proposal for the technical SEO improvements needed to be done to our website and the work began. The website was set up and built. We had touchpoints discussing the results and constant adjustments were implemented.

I would say it could be better but all in all it was a 8/10 rating. + Fast answering + Asking questions if not understanding our needs + Initiatives from PM was shown on a constant basis - Lack of transparency of the organization of the process. A PM Tool shared with the client to keep us in the loop was introduced after I asked for it. Which is great, but I hoped this would come from the beginning.
