Since we are in an absolute startup mode, the entire process had many iterations from our side, a lot of scope creep, and on-the-go changes. This team is like none other. They were also hired to diagnose and fix an issue with a sophisticated software used to convert web layouts, produced in php, html, javascript) to pdfs. This required intimate knowledge of database design (postgres) and php.

They set up a staging area and reproduced the entire software, which allowed for sufficient testing. The changes were then migrated back to the production software and re-rested.
