We gave Apadore a brand manual and from that they created the first concept of the page in Figma. We had two rounds of feedback and after that we were happy with the design. They also delivered a mobile version of the page so we could check that as well.

After this they implemented the design to code and worked on animations and interactions as well.

It is a presentation website so our primary goal was to present the object as professionally as possible. This was achieved as we are happy with the outcome and our team and our clients say they like the website.

Because we didn’t have much internal capacity to participate in every stage, Apadore took the lead through the whole process — from research to execution.

They created a new brand identity for us, including a new visual style, and brand guidelines. 

Once the branding was approved, they moved on to the website. They designed the full website, wrote all the copy, prepared a prototype we could test.

After this, Apadore handled the development, testing, and launch of the website. They also managed all the technical setup — hosting, domain, email configuration — so the site was fully ready to use without us needing to solve anything on the IT side.

Based on that, Apadore redesigned the structure of the website and proposed a new sitemap built around conversion paths and clear product messaging. They then transformed the structure into a full UX/UI design that matched our brand and positioned Screen Manager as a modern, global digital signature solution.

They also wrote all the copy in a tone that fits the product and speaks directly to decision-makers.

After finalizing the desktop layouts, Apadore prepared mobile versions and an interactive prototype in Figma so we could review the experience in context.

Our current conversion rate is around 3%, which means the site now brings in a steady flow of qualified leads without us having to spend more on ads.

And maybe the biggest win: we’re now proud to share the website with prospects, partners, and investors. It finally represents the quality of our product and the direction we’re heading as a company.

The goal of the project was to create a landing page for a conference at Prague Castle where people could buy tickets.

Apadore first made the design in Figma.

Then they built the website. They created a custom system for ticket registration, added an upsell feature, and made it possible to buy several tickets in one order.

They also connected the website to Google Sheets so we could easily see all the orders.
 Other features included:

Automatic email system
We also needed a voting system to select the Leader of the Future, which we wanted to announce at the conference. Apadore built a system where people could nominate leaders in the first round (with email verification) and then updated it so people could vote for the nominated leaders in the second round.

The whole system worked really well and saved us a lot of time.

We were able to select the Leader of the Future directly through the website, with more than 1,000 people voting.

We sold over 200 tickets with a total value of more than $100,000.

We could also easily export all the attendee data for our event app.

We chose the one we liked the most, and they turned it into a full brand identity. After that, we moved to the website. Using what we defined in the strategy, they created a structure that fits our goals and audience. They designed the website in our new style and wrote all the texts. To see how it works, they made an interactive prototype we could test on mobile and desktop. In the end, they built and tested the website and delivered a fully working version. They also took care of all the technical things, hosting, domain setup, and email setup, so everything was ready to use.

From the sitemap, they developed a complete UX/UI design in our defined branding. They also provided copywriting aligned with Daramis’s tone of voice. After we approved the desktop design, Apadore prepared mobile designs in Figma along with a functional prototype. We went through several feedback loops to finalize the design, after which the development phase began.   Once the website was built, Apadore thoroughly tested it to ensure speed, functionality, and overall quality. Finally, they provided us with a knowledge base explaining how to manage and update the website.
