Our website was created 10 years ago and had become outdated. Since we don't have in-house developers, we hired this team to design and develop a new modern website for us. By doing this we are hoping to increase our traffic by the end of the year.

Not yet, project is still ongoing. Deliverables so far are satisfactory

Communication was via e-mail or telephone. Once the project got going, all deliverables were within agreed timelines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They seem to understand the specific needs of the healthcare sector in Greece.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They rely too much on material and input provided by the client. Medical professionals are not usually very good marketers and definitely are short on time, therefore the company should take more initiatives when designing the basic structure of the website, and defend their choice instead of leaving it up to the client.

The quality and professionalism mostly, they have great pricing too.

After a formal email contact, we had a live conversation about my needs their conditions about pricing and time schedule. We dicided milestones for every stage like pre-production, production, post-production and operation stages. Every stage was interactive and well-informed. First we started with designs then prototypes, after that created the website with completely understanding the requirements of my needs, before it get delivered we polished the site too

The manager wich I always had contact with, 1 fullstack developer and a designer.

At the moment 99% of my customers are from this landing page. A very few had with social media.

We 2-3 times a week communication with the manager about the status of the project. At the start of every stage we had conversations with whole team.

Professionalism! They have well designed production life span.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't expecting anything better, maybe prices can be a little better, but it is for sure worth it and affordable.

They seemed eager to help out and it felt that they will do the proper works.

In the kick-off meeting the main goals for the project were communicated and the development team proposed some general layout to step on and move forward. As a very technical project, its finalization takes many back and forward steps until all the details are agreed.

The deliverables are within our general idea concept and have been provided within the agreed time frames.

The response time to the communicated needs was prompt, given the very specialized scope of our work. They seemed eager to progress the deliverables.

Their wiliness to incorporate any changes that we suggested and their response time to our requests.

Since the designated staff from our company had time restrains and the progress of our reviews was slow, Anveto could have been more understanding.
