We are a medical building and management company. We provide billing, coding, credentialing, contract negotiation, and schedule management to small and medium-sized practices.

What challenge were you trying to address with Antops Technologies?

I needed help building a static website and connecting it with my social media accounts.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Antops Technologies developed a WordPress website from scratch, and they integrated many pages along with my landing page. They used an algorithm behind the website to design the frontend and added colors. Antops Technologies also connected the website with my Facebook and Instagram pages.

Digvijay (Vice Chairman & Global President) was my one main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Antops Technologies?

I put a request on my Facebook page in my community. Antops Technologies approached me, and they were willing to work within my budget — I tried many website developers, but they exceeded my budget.

How much have you invested with them?

The first amount that Antops Technologies gave me was $250, but in the end, I spent around $415 because I added extra tasks.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from November 2020–March 2021. We've just started a new project, and they're helping me with digital marketing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website didn’t have an impact because we recently launched it, but the quality was very good. I was very happy with the outcome. Antops Technologies used all the technology I was looking for. They were phenomenal. 

How did Antops Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Antops Technologies and I worked together as a team. It was a good experience.

The best part of working with Antops Technologies was the communication. We had a timeline, and I was on top of it. I never felt delayed even though I was providing more material that I wanted on my website. They were always on time. We didn’t use any tools to track the progress because it was not a big project. Besides that, I was not time-bound, so it worked out wonderful.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I really liked Digvijay’s work and the way he worked with me with a lot of patience. That’s what I needed. He was a very humble, polite, professional, and awesome person. Antops Technologies did a very good job.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I think Antops Technologies was awesome. I would highly recommend them.

Any advice for potential customers?

I don't know what advice I would give because all the experience that I had with Antops Technologies was awesome. I was open and didn’t have any problems with them. They adjust according to the requirements. Clients need to be very specific in the beginning. If they are time-bound, let Antops Technologies know, so the project can be ready within a time period.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Antops Technologies built a website for us, using a management system to build it. It's a responsive website, which means users can access the website across all devices.

What is the team composition?

There was one project manager who worked with our requirements. There was also a coordinator for the development who asked questions and worked with the technical team. They had a pretty solid number of people on their technical team. 

How did you come to work with Antops Technologies?

I found their website on Google when I was looking for a digital marketing company. I read some case studies on their website and then called them. I spoke to them and they were pretty reasonable in terms of money and the timeline — they said it’d take three months and they were right. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $1,700–$2,200.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement started in January 2021 and they completed the work in early April 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their quality was pretty good and people like our website. The UI design is very unique and we are getting pretty good leads through the platform. We’re seeing solid business and customers through the website. 

I was very much impressed with their work and I’m planning to hire them for our digital marketing efforts, including our Google and Facebook Ads. 

How did Antops Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They used a couple of tools and gave me access to their project management software in which they tracked all of their tasks. I could visit those tasks on a daily basis. We used Zoho for project management, too.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were pretty good at communicating. They kept me updated on each stage of the development process. I'm not a technical person, so they guided me through the complete process and I never had to follow up with them. They gave me all updates on time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When they initially started working on the project, they were asking how I wanted the website, but since I wasn’t a technical person, they gave me ideas after I asked. I told them they should give ideas before needing to be asked since I was unable to finalize my own. 

Any advice for potential customers?

If you want to hire them for website development, definitely you should go ahead and do it. If you're not a technical person, just emphasize and tell them up front so they can take care of ideas. If you don’t disclose this, then they might think you know enough, so it’s always good to tell them beforehand and they will do a great job.

Then, their team started running the campaign. They are constantly optimizing it for better results. They also help us find the best keywords for SEO

We had different packages, in total it is between $1,500–$2,000 USD per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started with this project about a month and a half ago, by the end of February 2021, and it is an ongoing project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I used to have like 10 calls per day and the number dropped to about 7 or 8 but these 7 or 8 are good calls. Our conversion rate is better and the pay per click has lowered.

How did Antops Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Our teams have Zoom meetings and communicate updates via email or text. He has been very patient as I am not very well versed in technology. They have been very patient and have very good communication skills.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was able to see the real impact of the campaign on my business.

Antops were asked to be administrators for our facebook and website pages. They were to develop a new advertising campaign through the Facebook business manager. We provided the ad content and they configured and developed the campaign set up.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Following Antops' work we received between 5 and 10 new leads every day. This helped us to sell more defibrillators.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

DJ was easy to work with and I would recommend him for future work.

Hi knowledge of the Facebook campaign settings were very useful.

No areas for improvement, they've done a very good job at a good price.

We were trying to grow our online sales through marketing and advertising.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Antops Technologies first analyzed how our current Google Ads campaign was working. Based on that analysis, they helped us implement a new campaign to increase our sales. The team also linked Google Analytics to our site to help us get more data. Additionally, they added our products to Google Shopping.

We only worked with a Google Ads expert.

We posted an ad on Airtasker, and they replied with an attractive offer. They seemed capable, so I hired them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

After the engagement, we got more site traffic. Our conversion rate also increased, and at the same time, my ad spending decreased. The team did a great job.

How did Antops Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was excellent. In addition, the Antops Technologies team was always available for a daily phone call. We also exchanged some emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had impressive analytical skills. Additionally, they were very knowledgeable when it came to Google platforms. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t have any complaints about their work. Antops Technologies delivered what they promised.
