Develop and create agreed proof of concept adapt to product adjustments/enhancements identified during development  Effect post beta testing feedback have the application ready for market launch by late October 2025

An easy to use, bug free, appealing UX, operational application.

We have had one point of contact and have weekly calls  plus emails between calls. 
Having a single point of contact ensured our communications and expectations were always consistent and understood. Other team were included on calls when required to run through specific development needs/concerns.

The consistent single point of contact and the adaptability and willingness to push through road blocks/difficulties. 
Anisco has a real customer centric solution focus. They do their absolute best to deliver the outcomes the customer wants. Where those expectations seem unrealistic, they will try to find a solution that still achieves the desired outcome.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Anisco could have done differently?

No. We have been extremely happy with their performance.
