Animation Explorers have a history of turning complex ideas into easy to understand animations and video content.

The video runs through Sight Matters' current service offering. Animation Explainers provided a script based on our marketing collateral which we then fed back on. All in all, the process was incredibly straight forward.

The feedback process was exceptional. We were largely happy with the initial; however, we did need to make a few changes. These were done quickly and with no fuss.

We use the video in a variety of places, and it has allowed us to reach more blind and visually impaired people on the Isle of Man

We worked together on a storyboard, they created a wireframe of the video, and then we had a number of rounds of back-and-forth feedback on the final version.

We worked directly with a PM named Hugo, who did a really good job.

We have not yet promoted the video.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The time difference was a little difficult (they were in Ireland and we are on the West Coast of the US), but Hugo (PM) was very responsive and helpful.

The responsiveness of our project manager was fantastic.

They could have been more helpful at the initial scripting phase.
