I would say that mostly the processing time between when the goods were received in their warehouse to then being shipped to Amazon FBA. On top of that communication time I believe.

I think that it's one of the things that impacted us as we simply were in different timezones so usually it took longer for both sides to provide needed information, extending the resolution time. Also the processing time of received shipments seemed a bit longer than exected.

We worked with AMZ Prep to provide a suite of fulfillment services for our clients, servicing them on the Amazon marketplace. We needed them to warehouse and store products, prep them for FBA, kit them when needed, prep or clean items that needed cleaning if damaged in shipment, send into Amazon's FCs, and provide us with a portal to manage it all.

We provided a service to our client with minimal interruptions and with relative ease. Team was super helpful by also creating co-branded marketing materials.

Project management moved along well. Communication was solid, and they were very polite and accommodating. Items were typically on time and if they weren't, they communicated and made adjustments when needed.
