I would say that mostly the processing time between when the goods were received in their warehouse to then being shipped to Amazon FBA. On top of that communication time I believe.

I think that it's one of the things that impacted us as we simply were in different timezones so usually it took longer for both sides to provide needed information, extending the resolution time. Also the processing time of received shipments seemed a bit longer than exected.

We mainly work with a business development representative. He's our main point of contact and does a lot of the promotional activity for us.

We were dealing with another company that was doing the same thing for us, and it was a disaster. Someone referred AMZ Prep to us and said they were pretty good, so we reached out to them. We had a meeting with Blair and were impressed with the package he presented, so we decided to give AMZ Prep an opportunity.

We work on a commission basis, so AMZ Prep's payment is a moving target. We structure their payment depending on the amount of sales they achieve. Overall, we've paid them between $10,000–$50,000 CAD.
