I would say that mostly the processing time between when the goods were received in their warehouse to then being shipped to Amazon FBA. On top of that communication time I believe.

I think that it's one of the things that impacted us as we simply were in different timezones so usually it took longer for both sides to provide needed information, extending the resolution time. Also the processing time of received shipments seemed a bit longer than exected.

In only two months, sales in Canada are already 10% of USA sales, exceeding our goals and expectations. Other markets are in process of getting set up with their guidance.

All projects have been delivered on time and as scheduled. In addition, amzprep is proactive at setting weekly meetings for updates on progress. Weekly reports are also provided which is fantastic, far and above the performance of any other agency we have worked with in the amazon space.

We worked with AMZ Prep to provide a suite of fulfillment services for our clients, servicing them on the Amazon marketplace. We needed them to warehouse and store products, prep them for FBA, kit them when needed, prep or clean items that needed cleaning if damaged in shipment, send into Amazon's FCs, and provide us with a portal to manage it all.

AMZ Prep connected our Shopify and Amazon stores through their API and set up the flow between our sales channels, inventory and fulfillment. Orders now come through automatically and are sent to the warehouse for picking and packing without our team having to enter them manually. Inventory is also synchronized across our different channels, which has helped us avoid selling products that aren't actually available. Once orders are shipped, tracking information is passed back to the relevant ecommerce platforms and customers. We're currently processing around 1,200 units a day through this setup.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The biggest difference has been the amount of manual work we've been able to eliminate. Order processing time dropped significantly, saving our team roughly 40 hours a week that was previously spent on data entry. Inventory accuracy also improved considerably, and we've had far fewer overselling issues. Our average order-to-ship time went from around 24 hours to about 6 hours.

The project was handled in a structured way and the technical side was explained clearly to our team. The integration was completed in about two weeks and they also gave us documentation that we could refer back to afterward.
