Convert concept into graphic design layout to get approval before producing the final website and launch to AWS hosting. Come up with a solution to reduce the hosting cost. Flexible to release projects by milestone based on request and urgency. Manage to add custom events on the microsite to track the user journey.

I built an internal chat channel and allowed them to join my daily work process. They work directly with my team member on design and tech. Very flexible and comfortable.

We appreciated their flexibility and energy. Understand what they're doing intensely and are willing to take challenges to try new things.

They're improving day by day in terms of communication and managing the scope of work, consult the new solution. But sometimes still misunderstand or miss things along the way. Need to have a KPI for a better document or QC process to remove that completely.

we had a lot of meetings to define your goals and requirements. then they gave us the wireframe and designs. About 2 weeks later, the first version was delivered. Based on our feedback, the revised version came out. Before launching, we run it through Beta testing

a project manager was assigned to be our main point of contact throughout the project. I also discussed with 2 lead-front and backend developers

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In general, I had 1000 app downloads after about 3 months when the app was released. User feedback was very positive about the app interface, the app also ran smoothly. Thanks to the app, the customer experience and customer service are also improved.

We had a chat group to discuss, and official information will be exchanged via email. They responded to everything very quickly. The project was almost completed on schedule.

I am the MD of a TechTIQ Solutions. We are a custom software development house with strong focus in digital transformation. Our dedicated team in Singapore focuses on understanding customer pain points and work with them to develop viable solutions. We are backed by our internal development team of over 350 skilled developers in Vietnam for the project development and execution work

For what projects/services did your company hire AMIT GROUP, and what were your goals?

While we have a team of skilled developers, the customer project came along when we did not have the capacity to take on during the period. AMIT has been a long time partner of ours who we reached out to when we needed the extra capacity boost.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had worked with AMIT Group on other projects. They were recommended to us through our circle of contacts. The team has been most professional in our dealings and we work as partners and not a customer vendor relationship.

The work scope involved integrating with 3rd party services and getting triggers from connected devices. One major hurdle then was the 3rd party's tech team were not very well verse in allowing for integration. Together with our team in Singapore, we detailed out the actual workflow requirements and processes required to allow for the integration. AMIT group was then in charge of the developmental work to make it all happen.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were about 6-7 members who worked on the project but our key interface was with 2 of the members which made the process smooth and straightforward. Our team worked directly with project manager of the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

For the complexity of the project, together with AMIT group, we were able to delivery the project to the customer satisfaction within the tight timeline. There was minimal feedback for bug fix during the UAT process which led to the fast closure of the project.

AMIT Group is very professional and adaptable when it comes to the project management. We have our own established system and process and they adapted to that greatly and provided very timely responses and reporting. Team's communications are typically through Skype and sometimes WhatsApp and they are very responsive even during weekends or holidays. A definite plus

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team's flexibility and ability to adapt to requirements quickly. As we know how most development firms work in the industry, AMIT does stand out in this aspect. Both TechTIQ Solutions Pte Ltd and AMIT seem to share the same value of ensuring the best customer outcome above and beyond the commercial contractual terms.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Issue resolution could be an area of improvement. AMIT's team actually manages reported issues very well and is on par with most development teams in the market. However, as TechTIQ Solutions has a culture of focusing on continuous improvement, identification of root cause(s), and implementation of preventive actions on top of the corrective actions, we worked together with the team to guide them through this process.
