I am the owner and CEO of a merchant services and card payment processing company. We started this company to help support and build small businesses by establishing lasting relationships and giving our best to promote and build strength in any community that will give us the opportunity.

We had been talking about designing a website to help establish and build our brand but didn’t know where to start. American Web Coders made it so simple and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

I looked for several different web designers and American Web Coders was the most friendly and genuinely interested in helping us achieve our goals. After looking through quite a few positive reviews we decided they were the best way to go…. And they were!!

From conception to complete and publishing, American Web Coders were very adamant about gaining our approval before moving forward.

The project manager and project lead were the only resources we had to speak to and they took great care of everything!!

Our website is more of an informative site and ultimately just established credibility and reputation. We have received very positive feedback and suggested American Web Coders to other businesses.

I hired them to completely fix up my website and it was to look more presentable and where people could purchase the package online.

I honestly just went with the flow. I have not ever tried anyone else and came across them.

There’s a lot of technical details that I could not name for you, however the main things like different tabs, the testimonials, my package set up, and my email account was all set up by them. As I said, other things were included, Including a new platform, however I’m not sure of naming on specifics.

The main person was Zam Walker. He was absolutely amazing to work with! There were a lot of changes back and forth I wanted and they were patient with me.

It is my first website and previously I had no orders online because there was no where to order. However, now that it is up, it provides my clients with easier access and an easier way to purchase as well as a way for me to keep track of everything.

Phone calls and text messages were used for communication and deadlines were met when they said it would be as well as with how I made my payments. I had upgraded something so it did take a little longer.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Unique was the character of Mr. Zam Walker. He was definitely laid back, chill, and pleasant to speak to verbally and through text. Very respectful as well. They have been absolutely amazing and helpful in the workflow.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

To be honest, no. I feel everything went very well. Even a supervisor from the company checked in on the progress and asked me through email personally how things were going and when I responded, he responded as well.

American Web Coders should expand their website services in hosting as well. I believe that they should start competing against larger hosting programs Kim n . They would give them a run for their money !

As an new entrepreneur I was in need of creating a business website for my personal training business. My goal is to have a well run site that is easy for my members to use with access to all their fitness and health needs.

I'm anxiously awaiting for my site to be complete. I want our platform to be done well and the team seems to be up for the job.

I was assigned a project manager almost a year ago and it took a long time in between conversations to hear back about the project, but once I was assigned Sutton Brady the pace has picked up.
