Build a mobile and web application from MVP state, with wireframes and Jira tickets to a pilotable, hostable solution. Included roles, emails, app store publication, UI/UX and mobile & web dev.

Downloads from the app store, user accounts, and patients discharged.

Very impressed with the leadership - was a true liaison model. The PM was also the account manager and was always available, and open as well as honest. While some deadlines got close, we (the customer) were also responsible for some of that. We worked as a team to resolve any issues.

Very impressed with how easy it is to work with them. Honest, good people that really put their hearts into their work. We developed friendships.

We experienced the typical phases of storming, norming and performing. They are normal.

The project was not completed.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management and communication skills were strong, with fast response time and constant access to staff. Unfortunately, they didn't deliver our project on time, or at all. The project was terminated and refunded by Alternova nearly one year after contract.

Communication.

They could have saved us a lot of time by not accepting a project they were unable to execute at a satisfactory level.
