Project Scope was determined in the beginning. To help me create a app for Swedish Customer to buy fresh food. The project was an onging project and contact was held throughout the whole project. Alphonic delieverd what was in the project scope and they were very detailed throughout the project development and provided us great suggestions in the successful execution of a project. They are highly experienced and skilled developers and understand the value of time. They also helped me with the Graphic Design for website and app.

What was the team composition?

I had 5 different resources. Project Leader Graphic Designer Leader Website Developer Leader App Developer Leader Platform door access resource The size of the team did not change over time.

Alphonic Network Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was exactly what my business needed for the start up. I had a great experience working with the team of Alphonic and special thanks to Maddy who put his whole heart in to the project Bunga Box. Alphonic helped me with app designing, web designing, web development and also graphic design.

What a experience to work with the Project leader Madhusudhan!. As I believe in longterm relationships, Madhusudhans does believe in it even more. That is why this project needs to be called "From Sweden to India, without any boundaries" My first meeting with Madhusudhan goes back to 2018, when I contacted Alphonic Pvt. Ltd. for helping me with my business Bunga Box.

I was given Madhusudhan as a resource for the first meeting. Madhusudhan was very quick to understand what I was seeking, and after the first meeting he made me believe in my project even more. He was very dedicated when he wrote the first project scope which was exactly what I needed. I would like to thank Madhusudhan for his time and hopefully, this relationship will continue for a long time.

The team was very down to earth and always tried their best to solve any problems. Even with problems that werent in the project scope. During the filter process, Alphonic was very forthcoming and comitted, and they let us know about their internal processes, whereas other companies didn’t. That was one of the main reasons why we chose them.

We had already developed the algo behind our app, and we had built an app around that. However, it had been built on an old programming language, so we needed alphonic to move it into a new programming language and they give us solution to create and build app

For this project having the app delivered within a certain timeline, meeting a minimum checklist of requirements, and passing our Quality Check. They delivered on time, accomplished the most important requirements, and delivered a high-quality product.

During complete project i can see they have very good developer , its hard to find such developer. Really appreciate they have top notch developers in their team

They are a reliable company that oversaw the entirety of my project using JIRA. We met with the individuals on their team once per week for fifteen minutes.

There price part is highly high as compared to other companies

Alphonic Network evolved our cross-platform app from scratch; we did not have anything. Their crew began designing the app's UX/UI, and we mentioned the necessities for every module. Their crew brought many modules, along with a layout, account, and domestic and sport displays modules. Once the modules and layout had been finalized, they prepare the backend and connected a database to the app.

GoMedicx is a platform which is providing patients the ease to book appointments or request for visit at their place. Based on their requests, Nurse reaches out to the patients, treat them, fill in their basic check-up details, and recommend them to the doctors if required. Nurses can give the basic medicines required and which always be available in their bags.

Ashwani, Prafull (Project Manager), and a few developers were involved with me in this project. We already had the design part ready but engaged with the development team to build the tech stack and core architecture of the product.

We are live now and working on the second phase of the project. MVP is launched successfully in the market and we are working on the next part.

We are ready to go live now, all the things are properly tested and validated by our auditing team.

Since the project was focused locally and required coordination with the government, we needed a company to help us develop a mobile application.

Alphonic Network Solutions has coordinated with the government and our team to develop a mobile application — we’re now in the second phase of the project. They’ve used Flutter for the entire development process; we’ve provided their team with app designs our in-house design team created.

We were looking for local companies — they had a good reputation in Jaipur, India. After we talked to them, we hired them.

We’ve already sent $30,000, but we expect to spend around $40,000–$50,000 by the end of the partnership.

Our ongoing partnership began in August 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The first phase of the project is complete: we have the first iteration of the mobile app. However, the app isn’t live yet, and when we launch it, it will only be available to users in our region. 

How did Alphonic Network Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Our in-house team has used Figma to send and discuss the app’s designs. We primarily communicate through Skype — 80% of our communication is with one teammate. They always deliver on time, using Basecamp to manage our projects.

The partnership will be the most successful if customers have Alphonic Network Solutions’ team go on-site to execute projects.
