I am the Chief Product Officer of an A/B testing software platform.

We needed a competent team to take on a design overhaul of our entire app, and ensure that the app met accessibility standards.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched online for the best UX/UI designers, and after meeting with Alphasquad, it was clear that they had what it takes to get the job done efficiently and with an eye for quality.

Their team conducted extensive research and worked closely with me on identifying the requirements for the project. We met at the beginning and end of each week to establish priorities and check on progress, and the team was proactive with providing detailed, daily updates on the work performed each day.

We worked with two of their UX/UI designers and their project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

AlphaSquad executed the project at a high quality and professional level, and we were exceedingly pleased with both their project management processes as well as their design and product expertise. They were able to suggest novel and intelligent solutions to design and product problems that we encountered throughout the project.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was seriously great. They were communicative, available, and felt like a real partner throughout the entire process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was amazed by their level of organization and the speed at which they worked. I would often hit them with in-the-moment design requests (perhaps even being a bit difficult) and they were always able to accommodate our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, no. I think AlphaSquad has their processes and talent locked down, and I am excited to continue working with them in the future.

We hired AlphaSquad to help us with our website with the goal of developing a simple yet beautiful landing page.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed a number of agencies and found Alpha Squad to be among the most professional we spoke with.

Throughout the development process, we mostly communicated asynchronously via Slack, which worked really well. The project mostly consisted of evolving the site from a landing page to a three-page website that includes a blog. I found Alpha Squad to be really helpful in sharing ideas and recommendations such as which headless blog to use.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with three or four individuals in total from Alpha Squad, but mostly worked with two individuals: a developer and project manager.

We wanted several pages redesigned to improve overall UI and conversion rate.

We were referred to them by a colleague of mine.

The team took the time to understand our needs and design style. From there, they put together several options for the approximately 10 pages they were redesigning.

We haven't quite launched it so I can't speak to metrics but the pages were very well designed.
