I am the owner of a healthcare consulting and development company.

We are developing a web-based healthcare product and contacted Alpha to develop the interactive app based product. Our goal was a durable product with ease of use and user optionality.

Alpha demonstrated prior experience with our needs and produced a reasonable timeline and goals. They were attentive and easy to work with.

Our project used in-house custom designed graphics to be interactive in a mobile and desktop environment. The graphics were developed and reviewed. Next a GUI was used to create interaction with the images for data collection.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As we are in feasibility mode, we do not have deliverable yet. However, this project will complete the project and allow us to deploy for data collection and begin.

There was excellent interaction with the staff via phone, email, and zoom as well as figma interaction. This made it easy to review and discuss. The team was attentive and goal driven.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company is full service for the development needs we had. They were easily approachable and reachable at all times. They were transparent with the project's scope, details, cost, and expectations. We had an excellent experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would say no. They were very patient with our lack of IT understanding and work well with us.

We were looking for a pitch deck redesign that would help our company make the best impression for potential investors, and we needed it finished on a tight schedule. Alpha Efficiency delivered everything we asked for and went above and beyond in their work with us.

The 12-page pitch deck needed to be re-designed from scratch with all new assets and designs.

I worked closely with the head of the company and had contact with two designers in the company.

We had significantly more interest in the pitch deck itself compared to previous versions of the document.

The workflow was seamless and the communication with the Alpha Efficiency team was close to my Platonic ideal of working with another team in this fashion.

The fast turnaround and clear, transparent process.

We were on an extremely tight deadline and their team was agile enough to fill the immediate need we had. They were responsive and on point, helping reach our deadline with added value.
