The product already had an early PoC and client-owned ML models, but it needed a structured web platform around them. ALevelSoft first reviewed the existing PoC, model workflows, web interface, infrastructure, and technical dependencies. They then helped translate the findings into requirements, UX flows, Figma designs, and architecture and ML pipeline documentation. Their delivery covered three product areas: a Clinical Restoration workflow from scan upload and preparation review through AI crown generation and file download; a training-oriented module for dental education facilities; and a public demo using curated scans. They also integrated client-provided AI and 3D dental components into the web platform. The engineering scope included frontend and backend development, authentication and organization management, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD for the application and ML-related pipelines, TypeScript migration, automated testing, and technical handover documentation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

ALevelSoft delivered three working product areas and integrated the client-owned ML outputs into complete user workflows. The platform was deployed in a client-controlled AWS environment, with CI/CD covering the application and ML-related pipelines. They also completed the TypeScript migration, added automated test coverage, and handed over the source code, infrastructure configuration, requirements, and architecture documentation. The result was a tested, demo-ready platform for stakeholder review and early user validation.
