We have a website that hasn't been updated in some time and during that time we have more narrowly focused our company's solution and needed updated messaging to reflect as such.

Once we decided to move forward, we had a discovery call where Justin and his team collected information about our product and what we most wanted conveying in the redesign.

They then implemented all that feedback in a couple weeks and over the course of about a week we went back and forth with feedback and refined the design to where we were happy with it.

We worked mainly with 2 people from Alchemy though they did have others assisting as well.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We immediately saw an increase in inquiries coming through our contact us and request a free demo forms. The amount of spam we get from those forms has been reduced to virtually 0.

There was constant contact through email and their team was very responsive to all feedback and questions we had.

Before working with Alchemy, our website felt outdated and didn't reflect the real image of our distributor brand. We are not a new company, but we have young leadership and place a big emphasis on technology and modern solutions. Our website, however, didn't communicate this. It hadn't been updated in years and didn't show customers why they should choose us and how we were different. Alchemy made it simple.

After a detailed interview process to learn about our brand and our competitive advantages, they crafted a marketing message that was clear, concise, and beautifully displayed. We love our new website and we know our customers do too. We'll work with Alchemy again and highly recommend you do too.

Alchemy knows Marketing. In the digital space, success is often dependent on knowledge of the tools, the ability to leverage those tools and moreover, the skill to comprehensively build a strategy around that knowledge and those skills. For my restaurant, this is where Alchemy (and Justin) stood ahead of his peers. I own a restaurant start up.

Competition is cut-throat, customer loyalty is fleeting, budgets are tight and marketing in this space is expensive. A relevant keyword can cost $10 per click. A small business is often unable to pay for 10 clicks per day, when those clicks are simply leads and not necessarily sales. Alchemy was able to help me to leverage the ad platforms using nuanced techniques that drove my costs down and delivered exactly what I needed.
