The scope of work included many things. These were designed, planned and executed in milestones. 
Vertical Slice 

• The initial Vertical Slice for GameNow had a web app and a mobile app on the playstore as a deliverable it included the following set of features: 
• Sign up/Login and subscription to GameNow 
• Theme locking and UI/UX design for complete app 
• Marketing campaigns via landing pages to gain traction 
• Addition of 2 to 4 partners and their html 5 based games 
• Addition of voucher purchases  
• Payment gateway integration 
• Addition of Videos in the streaming section 
• Addition of a basic tournament system with rewards 
• User Profile addition with sub-sections 

MVP 

The MVP for GameNow had updates and enhancements to the web app and mobile app as a deliverable it included the following set of features: 

• UI/UX updates and further enhacements 
• Addition of tournaments with tied push notifications 
• Addition of Live stream and partnering with a popular game platform freefire to show their stream 
• Addition of new partners and their games on gamenow 
• Landing page creation for all new partners 
• Reward based tournaments running monthly (2 per month) 
• In-game currency addition 
• Daily streak system Addition 
• Data analysis and dashboard building using looker studio 
• Big directory of Gaming and platform Vouchers  
• Dashboard creation for partners to check revenue 

Gold Master 
The Gold Master for GameNow has gamified and polished feature sets on web and the app. It includes the following updates: 

• UI/UX update and Logo update 
• Social media branding 
• Notification system 
• Addition of new partners and their games 
• Monitoring product data, health and partner campaigns 
• Content and push notification updates 
• Disbursement of rewards from tournaments and LiveOps panel for addition of new tournaments 
• Daily Streak System

The product and project management team diligently communicated deadlines to us. In case of delays from other partners or any hiccups, they effectively communicated them beforehand and pushed to deliver on time. For our needs, we always proposed what we wanted to get done, and they were able to come up with solutions that catered to our problems.

We have had feedback sessions with them, and each time, they have taken our feedback seriously and progressively improved and catered to all of our feedback. It has been an overall pleasant experience.
