Opened in 2008 in Sofia, Sutherland Bulgaria is a multi-lingual customer service hub and has since grown to more than 2000 employees in 3 cities across Bulgaria - Sofia, Varna, Burgas.

AirDesigns had to develop a streamlined platform showcasing the company as a preferred employer in the BPO market. Key deliverables included: 

• Custom-designed and fully functional website for hiring new employees.

• Development of responsive web pages optimized for various devices and screen sizes. 
• Compelling and optimized content for enhanced visibility and engagement.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

AirDesigns helped us establish an industry-leading online presence. The website's enterprise look and the intuitive navigation led to a whopping increase of the qualified leads by 65%. The company opened 3 new locations and recruited about 1200 new employees over the first year. 
Since then, they provide us with ongoing support helping us build new landing pages, improve the performance and security of the website. Security is of paramount importance for Sutherland and AirDesigns went beyond and above to implement robust measures to safeguard user data and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

We needed to combine all small country web sites into one global multilingual web site.

I have worked with them in the past on a separate project so I had a pretty clear idea what I was looking for.

Drupal Java Script and some heavy customization on the servers, including the implementation of a dedicated caching server on site.

In total six, the owner and some of the developers.

Given the size of the project it actually went rather smooth. All deadlines were strictly respected and all quality standards were met.

Flat management. I was able to communicate directly with the needed developer or the owner of the company when needed.

The quality of the work combined with a strict schedule. Everything was really well-planned and organized.

Not really. I am very happy
