The project involved some java script development together with the usual Drupal development. We use heavy customization on the web site so the professional help was more than welcome.

Very satisfied with the final result. As a matter of fact we have continued our contract for monthly support.

Flat and direct project management style. I was always able to speak with either the owner or the specific developer when needed. The entire communication process took place in Asana - the project management tool of our choice at the time.

The quality of work, the attention to detail (they translated a huge section of the web site in Hebrew) and the fact that they respected all deadlines is noteworthy.

Honestly, no. I was really happy with the project and the way it was managed.

• The website is taking first results on Google SERP for a number of important keywords. A huge portion of the daily traffic is organic.
• Increased conversions, average order value, and total sales – they achieved 35% increase in conversion overall (web and mobile) and 20% increase in average order value.
• Excellent customer experience – we conduct UX audits every 6 months and we can see the real impact of everything that AirDesigns do for our website on an ongoing bases.

Before working with Air Designs, our web presence basically consisted of a Drupal CMS. Their team helped us to improve things from there so that we were able to implement a more powerful search feature called Elasticsearch, as well as other add-ons that made the site more easily navigable, user-friendly, and compatible for SEO purposes.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since nobody else has worked on the platform, I really have to give them credit for most of the success that I’ve been able to have so far. If I hadn’t been as satisfied as I was, I would have changed providers, but that never even crossed my mind. We’ve continued to develop trust and efficiency in our working relationship over the 8 years we’ve been together, so it is a great relationship at this point.

Their project management is great, and they do a particularly excellent job of keeping track of progress on all of our projects. We typically communicate via phone calls and emails, which has worked very well.

It’s actually me that is sometimes late to provide information or decisions that we need to move forward, and they are good about reminding me of those things as well. I really have nothing to complain about.

Their team has an excellent understanding of the Drupal environment and how all of the modules and plug-ins can be leveraged to create seamless new features.
