Our hotel website was outdated and had grown to a point where the amount of information presented overwhelmed users. Over the years, multiple fixes had left the website looking inconsistent. The booking system we had in place didn’t convert visitors into guests.

• The website is taking first results on Google SERP for a number of important keywords. A huge portion of the daily traffic is organic.

• Excellent customer experience – we conduct UX audits every 6 months and we can see the real impact of everything that AirDesigns do for our website on an ongoing bases.

Since nobody else has worked on the platform, I really have to give them credit for most of the success that I’ve been able to have so far. If I hadn’t been as satisfied as I was, I would have changed providers, but that never even crossed my mind. We’ve continued to develop trust and efficiency in our working relationship over the 8 years we’ve been together, so it is a great relationship at this point.

Their project management is great, and they do a particularly excellent job of keeping track of progress on all of our projects. We typically communicate via phone calls and emails, which has worked very well.

It’s actually me that is sometimes late to provide information or decisions that we need to move forward, and they are good about reminding me of those things as well. I really have nothing to complain about.
