Nonprofit organization that provides advocacy, networking, and other support to member agencies. We needed a reliable, long-term partner to manage our highly complex digital presence, which includes a 100+ page Wix website and a secure, private members area.

AIQ Consulting Group has been our trusted business and technology partner for over 15 years. Their ongoing contract includes comprehensive support for two of our primary platforms. Their scope of work heavily supports our internal team and includes: Providing general website maintenance and routinely reviewing and correcting broken links. Updating board member profiles and making basic content edits and additions to the website. Assisting our member services coordinator as needed in adding new members to appropriate sections of the intranet. Assisting our member services coordinator as needed in adding new members to appropriate group forums. Reviewing and approving new employers registering for the TherapyBC site to post job opportunities. Producing annual reports regarding website utilization and job postings. Beyond general web support, they have consistently stepped up to deliver incredible value through additional strategic projects. They recently completed a comprehensive research paper, delivered AI training for our team, and provided invaluable strategic business direction.

Managing a large site with a private intranet, member forums, and active job boards is no small feat, but the AIQ team handles it flawlessly. Despite being an IT/AI Consulting group they understand that most of the world isn't and have been helpful in making sure that we can actually use the technology that has been set up for us.
