The AI Edit provided strategic consulting services focused on lead generation strategy, AI integration, and business growth systems. Key deliverables included designing and structuring a customized lead generation framework, advising on the implementation of AI tools across core business functions, and providing ongoing strategic guidance and accountability. The engagement was consultative in nature, covering topics such as AI-assisted workflows, content strategy, business development, and scalable growth systems. Throughout the process I felt genuinely supported and guided at every stage.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Prior to working with The AI Edit, AI was not part of my business operations in any capacity. Through her guidance I have integrated AI tools across multiple areas of my workflow, resulting in significant time savings and measurably improved efficiency that I continue to build on. Beyond the operational impact, I have developed a much stronger working knowledge of lead generation strategy, SEO systems, and AI-powered business tools, which has meaningfully increased my confidence and capability when making strategic decisions for my agency. The shift in how I operate and think about my business has been substantial.

Working with Heather felt equivalent to bringing a fractional CMO with 25 years of industry experience into my business, at a fraction of the cost. The level of strategic thinking, industry knowledge, and contextual insight she brings is genuinely rare. My overall business standard was elevated through this partnership, and it is that combination of deep experience and genuine investment in her clients' success that makes AI Edit truly unique in the consulting space.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The AI Edit could have done differently?

Honestly, nothing significant comes to mind. The experience was consistently strong from start to finish and I have no meaningful critiques to offer. If anything, I would have started working with AI Edit sooner.

I have been working with the AI Edit as a member of their community since September 2025, including attending their weekly sessions covering everything from AI basics like "What is a large language model?" to presentation training, AI visibility and AI search, monthly insider briefings, and an overview of AI agents and vibe coding. The sessions have been incredibly useful for helping me build my AI fluency as a leader.

My confidence and understanding of key AI concepts have improved, and I am able to stay up to date with this rapidly developing discipline. I am not currently doing lead gen in my current work but I was in the past. I have found the AI Edit's training on lead gen to a high standard. They have a very good grasp of how the lead gen landscape has changed.

The AI Edit model is live sessions every week. These are planned well in adavnce and communicated clearly. They have always taken place on time and when I've had enquiries, I've had a timely response.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had a deep and up-to-date knowledge of AI and how it is impacting businesses. The thing I like the most is that ther content is not fully enthusiastic about AI adoption. Rather the AI Edit looks at wehere AI works, where it doesn't and where it can be quite risky. It's a very intelligent approach to AI. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something The AI Edit could have done differently?

At the start the session recording library for members was badly formatted but that has since been updated and it's now easy to navigate. It's nice having access to the community as well.
