After the new website launched, we saw a clear increase in online appointment requests and inquiries. Visitors spent more time on the site, and many patients mentioned they found us through the new website. Overall, our online presence looked much more professional, and the site performed quickly and reliably across all devices.

Within the first three months after the launch, online appointment requests increased by roughly 35%, and overall website traffic grew by about 40%. We also noticed that visitors spent more time on key service pages, and bounce rates dropped significantly compared to our old website.

We received noticeably more positive feedback from patients since the launch. Many mentioned that the website felt modern, easy to navigate, and made booking much simpler. The team works efficiently and guides me through the whole process. They followed my instructions and responded to my requests in an effective and concise way, providing me with all necessary information. The website was ready fairly quickly, despite my busy schedule and we were able to start optimising and working on the digital marketing. The team was very professional and helped me every step of the way. I am very pleased with the visual and the site itself is easy to use. It is very well received and since we're still in the beginning, I cannot wait to see its future development.

It really didn't take much for AGMA Studio to understand our goals completely. They were very quick to design, program and launch our new site. In the meantime they kept our old site operating, while migrating all the information from it to the new one. They quickly created the remaining language versions, integrated all the required tools, and even took the time to record video tutorials for our team, so we can update our new site with more information.

We are absolutely in love with our new website and it met all of our requirements, especially in terms of public image, easy access to information for users and even fundraising, which they have created a a page for. It's functional, user friendly and absolutely beautiful.

The project manager was always easy to reach out to, quick to understand every assignment and even quicker to pass new information to the designer, who was punctual and fast in the execution of the tasks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive part to us was the speed in which they managed to finish the entire project. The initial delay they gave us was 3 months, but the website was done in about 20 days, with minor details which were left to be cleared up and fixed. We later decided to keep working with them and they have developed new language versions and integrated tools on our website, which extended the overall delay of the project.
