We engaged Agile Digital to assist us with crafting and executing a digital marketing strategy for English-language markets. Since the onset of the pandemic and subsequent European war, our lead generation has declined, prompting us to seek external expertise.

Agile Digital began by profiling our target audiences, clarifying our business objectives, and formulating an action plan aligned with our budgetary limits and particular requirements. They proceeded to implement the proposed initiatives, launching advertisements on Google and Facebook to promote our flagship program and diverse course offerings. For the PPC campaigns, they also designed and built various landing pages and have also implemented AB testing to optimize performance.

In the spring of 2023, recognizing SEO’s potential to complement paid advertising, we allocated additional funds to bolster these efforts. This proved a pivotal move, as their SEO work quickly expanded our discoverability and ranking for hundreds of keywords across numerous new countries which our PPC campaigns couldn’t reach. Organic traffic now constitutes our dominant conversion source, validating our incremental investment.

• Their work resulted in bringing more than 70% of all lead gen that comes through the site.

There is a project manager and an account manager who we speak to. We are more active on the PPC field as we often have various small campaigns on top of the bigger programs. They work with a ticketing system for various tasks and clarifications with us and also ‘New campaign’ form they created for us to use for new campaigns. Their idea was to streamline the process and reduce the friction with each new campaign.

They are very prompt in responding to our requests and deliver on time. They also provide regular consolidated reports showing Analytics data and explaining how we move, any challenges we have and possible resolutions or improvements. In this aspect it is also worth noting that they are proactive in proposing strategy adjustments as well as various ways to improve our work process.

We needed to understand how to inject an html microsite into the app without any7 access to Nike's engineering team. Working around some feature challenges between iOS and aOS. This agency started by developing a technical specification for the target solution, refining this with us and client. Then developing JSON for the data/content elements and building a mobile only microsite with gameplay functionality javascript etc.

After running this site across the period of the games we saw significant results which went above and beyond our KPIs. Created over 100k unique users, x3 average visits to the app across that period, 80% of which visited the locker room, entering a purchase consideration journey.

We had access to a project lead daily who was having stand-ups with our PM. They comfortably worked with our tracking tooling and systems and worked as part of our team very effectively. The management, communication and execution was all excellent and calmly handled.

I was approached by Agile Digital Agency, who identified some of the issues we already knew about. They came up with a proposal to help us rank higher and recover some of our lost positions online. By that time, we were having an ongoing SEO service by someone else, but the results were not as expected, and their message came at the right moment.

After an introductory call, they sent me a brief questionnaire which they used for their discovery phase. This gave us an idea of our current situation. It also helped them to come up with a strategy and action plan. It was meant to be a pure SEO monthly service but with time it evolved into other directions as well, including a full website redesign. Agile were responsible for fixing our GMB profile, also merging an old one into it, fixing lots of issues with the legacy website before they completely redid it.

They reorganized and reworked all the content of the website including 100+ blog posts, and with time they started creating new textual and visual content and backlinks. They also helped with social media and our YouTube channel, as well as with various technical tasks on the website.

There are a few different improvements from their work so far: We have a clean and updated Google Business Profile Our website is completely redesigned and rebuilt, which resolved several technical issues that existed in the past - like lack of mobile optimization It now receives three times more organic traffic than one of the competitors we mentioned during the discovery

The site ranks for over 3,300 keywords compared to only 25 when they started As per our Google Analytics data, the organic traffic went up 4800% for Jan 2023 vs Jan 2021 and its share of all traffic is close to 90% vs 26% 2 years ago.

They have a ticketing system where we could add all essential info as well as our feedback but it was mainly email comms and sometimes video calls. Overall they were very responsive and the communication was very smooth.

The most impressive aspect of their service is their ease of communication and deep level of commitment and follow through. If they promise to do something, they do it, and it gets done quickly. They have a high level of knowledge in their field and they can convey that knowledge in easy-to-understand terms.

We’d launched Net2Work about to years ago with a very basic WordPress website, so it was time to re-platform the technology and take it to the next level.

Agile Digital Agency rebuilt our website to be more interactive. Now, the site has more video capabilities and a few other features that it didn’t have before. We’re still focusing on preparing for our relaunch, but we might consider bringing them on for some digital strategy in the future.

It’s been incredible. The website looks great and works well. Even when we find little things that need to be tweaked, Agile Digital Agency is able to get to it straight away. 

Regarding the process, they never said that the couldn’t do anything. Rather, they always found a way to implement my ideas as well as their own. They’ve found little things that I haven’t seen, which has made all the difference.

They feel like a part of my own team even though we’re all in different countries. I speak with them at least once a week through video calls and emails, and they’re good at responding quickly. It’s comfortable chatting with them because they’re great people. 

In terms of deadlines, they’ve been amazing. They schedule things in advance and prompt me to give constant feedback so that they can proceed. At times, they were even pushing me.
