What was the scope of their involvement?

Agento Support migrated our Magento 1 store to Magento 2. The team was responsible for transferring all the data, including products, customers, and orders. They also set up the theme and aligned the design, migrated extensions and modules, optimized the store's performance, and ensured zero downtime during deployment. Additionally, they made backend improvements to facilitate easier store management.Moreover, Agento Support developed custom features to match our previous setup and enhance usability. They recreated parts of our previous setup, such as a more flexible checkout flow and some small backend improvements that made order management easier for our team. They also adjusted a few frontend elements to maintain a consistent user experience. The team also supported integrations with third-party tools like payment gateways and basic extensions, ensuring everything worked smoothly after the move. They connected our payment gateway and shipping partner and ensured our email notifications and basic marketing tools were working properly.
