Managing social media strategy, collateral creation and social media strategy.

What were your goals for this project?

Primary: relaunch social media channels, increase reach, improve engagement metrics. Secondary: increase SoV, increased social-to-website traffic.

After a collaborative onboarding, Agency G Media worked closely (day-to-day contact) with our Social Media Manager to drive KPIs described in the goals section.

What was the team composition?

Main account manager, plus image and video creatives.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Primary KPIs were met, with some improvement to secondary KPIs as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent. Communication was not only timely but detailed; when AGM didn't understand something, they weren't afraid to say it and ensure everyone was on the same page. Once we had gone over our processes, AGM followed them and were willing to offer opinions on how to improve (something I value highly).

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Beyond meeting our KPIs, their effort taken to understand our spirit mean I consider this engagement a success. Also, the initiative taken at certain points (particularly the beginning of the project) was much appreciated. And when things weren't 100% in line with what we were shooting for, the speed of adjustment was great.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Honestly, everything was great. Not everything was 100% first time but because AGM was always ahead of deadlines, they always had room to tweak.

The advantage is that I don't know anything about technology and the agency took care of everything without I needing a developer in my structure
