I am the Co Founder of Robo Planet

Robo Planet is IIM-B cohort venture, providing programs in STEAM, Coding and Robotics education for 5 to 15 years of age. We build and grow students mind into creative and knowledgeable skills, with STEAM-ER education. 

Here STEAM-ER is Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics with Electronics & Robotics skills. We are revolutionizing education and creating a new generation of thinkers and creators. We are growing up together with the children in a continuous fun learning process without limits, by creating new challenges and continually refining the learning program, serving parents, children, schools and organizations.

We are providing programs to Student in STEAM, we have to portray our courses and products online to parents, who can check and but our courses and products online. We wanted to serve a larger area which we were able to cover physically. We also wanted to have a proper digital consultancy. 

All these tasks were very well explained and laid down in document and explained to us by Affable Web Solutions Team. We could always track the progress as per the plan we initially created with the team.

We both have spent time in the initial period of the project, which helped us to track the progress and timeliness of the project throughout. Affable Team also used Project Management tools to keep us informed. Whenever we asked anything, they answered smoothly.

Their Planning and Explanation of the project was remarkable, we were able to track progress like website development, also affable team kept scope for improvements as and when we asked them to change the website, they changed as per our requirements

We should have also asked them to work on our digital marketing strategy before hand, otherwise everything went well, we look forward to keep working with the team in future also.

We have got our Transport Management ERP build from Affable Web Solutions team, they have build mobile and web interface for our branch and Head office users. we are able to centralize all our operations of our different branches. Now we are able to manage and track our Goods very easily, our requirements were to create a user friendly system for our not very well versed staff all over India.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are now able to centrally look into our MIS reports, Realtime and instantly. Not only reports, but our customer billing and turnaround time of payment has improved a lot. We are able to create Invoices and send them directly to customers.

We were not very sure of our full requirement to start of with, but gradually with the affable web solutions team we understood and created a phase wise requirement document which was further adhered to always.

Support is the best part of this project, our operations are live for 24 hours, and whenever our users face any difficulty, the team is always with us day and night.

we think that they have lot of potential in terms of their domain knowledge and they should market themselves harder than they are doing right now.
