I’m a marketing manager for BlossomLove and manage all marketing activities including the market trends to track out the effectiveness of our campaigns. BlossomLove deals in no product lines like Food, Fashion, Jewelry, Flowers & Plants, Books, Stationery, etc.

To increase website traffic, our company engaged Adziv Digital for the services of E.commerce Store, Android App development, and Payment Gateways API. The team implemented website optimization strategies to improve visibility and usability.

We started our brand and wanted to get international marketing to get the desired results. So we needed help with back end E.Commerce development and Shopify store. We needed to increase the visibility and efficiency of our website to drive traffic to the website and ultimately lead to us.

They did numerous brilliant work for our project including E-Commerce store and android app development with payment gateways API.Adziv is highly recommended for Web development and Shopify Specifically. Adziv has proven to be an invaluable partner that goes beyond to ensure the utmost client’s satisfaction.

The team is well organized and maintains strong industry knowledge with expertise. Adziv followed through on the project, leading to an increase in traffic and online requests. They led us to expand the marketplace internationally and made our brand stronger.

Our site is getting better results as it is listed among top competitors. They’ve had a good impact on our organic traffic. We achieved the no of targeted sales and they provided a proper gateway to our customers with a landing connection to us.

Our lead generation is up 10%–20% month after month It’s been a continuous increase. Additionally, we’ve gotten an ROI by securing returning customers, which justifies what we’ve spent with them and still getting a consistent level of qualified leads.

They are quite transparent in their working strategy. We used to have a weekly call or meetings when we go over the statistics, Moreover, they kept updating us on daily work. Both leads for advertising and web development are very strong. They’ve executed all of our requests and were very timely in their responses. 

They really tried to understand our needs and were able to create tangible results. Everybody I’ve worked with there is top-notch, I’ve never had any issues with them. They always ask if we have any specials going on. They’re very into our business, and what we’re trying to promote.

Adziv has been a tremendous help to our business. Their ability to learn our business and apply the best e-commerce strategies has been phenomenal. They definitely know what they're doing, and it seems to work. By constantly monitoring our progress, they continually optimize strategy and find new changes to make.

I’m the CEO of a beauty salon. We provide several services to women, including spa and makeup services.

I was looking for a partner to help design our logo and oversee our digital marketing activities.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adziv Digital presented several examples of logos and gathered my feedback. Based on that, they designed a logo for us. They now handle all of our print and digital marketing activities. As part of that, they produce marketing videos, which are posted on our social media pages and website as well as advertised on television (TV). On one of our videos, I gave them 2–3 pictures that I wanted to add.

They've helped us in setting up our Instagram and Google Business page because they also manage our social media accounts and handle our PPC ads. They post ads a few times per week, and they post PPC ads on Instagram and Facebook.

What is the team composition?

We're working with an account manager, a designer, and a PPC manager.

How did you come to work with Adziv Digital?

I found Adziv Digital on Google, and I liked that they clearly explained the services they felt I needed. As a result, I decided to let them design our logo.

We've spent 30,000 Pakistan Rupees (approximately $200 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in September 2021, and we continue to collaborate.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My favorite thing so far was the video they created for our makeup services — it was exactly what I was hoping for. When they finished the videos, I requested several changes and additions, and they were extremely accommodating.

More importantly, we've seen positive reviews because of their work and a lot of calls from potential clients asking about our services. Overall, I'm looking forward to more PPC ads from them.

How did Adziv Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

So far, they’ve delivered everything on time and within budget. We communicate frequently via WhatsApp and use Google Drive to store all the work for the project.

They know the latest trends, and they're knowledgeable on how to reach an audience. On top of that, they’ve done an excellent job helping us understand what to expect from the process. Overall, we feel like we’re working with friends.

I expect a more community-wide reach with the promotions, but I know they’re just starting.

We’ve seen impressive growth. The website has generated a lot of new traffic and leads tell us they found us on the internet. They’ve had a good impact on our organic traffic. Adziv handles all of our website maintenance, website development, and SEO requirements.

They also directed internet advertising, such as Google Ads initiatives. They provided a highly customized, SEO-optimized, and result-driven website.

Both leads for advertising and web development are very strong. They’ve executed all of our requests and were very timely in their responses. They’re also very customer-focused. They really tried to understand our needs and were able to create tangible results.

Every week we got an update on project status and upcoming hurdles or deadlines. They were accountable and ensured that deadlines were met. They’re very detailed in what they offer. The project was clearly defined. Anytime there was an issue, they worked fairly quickly to resolve the issue. They took care of it.

Adziv goes above and beyond with its communication. Their team is amazing, friendly, and helpful. Anytime when we would be having queries they gave us prompt solutions and responses.

They gave us a professional site that's easy to use and update. My team was not familiar with that before so they teach us how to update content and products ourselves

When we first launched there were some bugs on the site. We let them know and they were quick to fix issues.
