Adwivo was recommended to us by our acquaintances, and for me, the deciding factor was the design they did for them. I was hoping they could use similar colors and prepare a clean, professional logo for us to better represent what we can bring to the table for our clients.

Adwivo started with the branding, and after that was done, it took us some time to prepare the content for the proposal; however, after we sent them all the content, they were very fast at revamping its design.

We communicated closely with the project manager and the account manager, who paid close attention to our suggestions and were looking for ways to deliver the product in a way that would be most useful to us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Adwivo not only presented us with our new logo, but they also showcased it on various media as well as objects. They provided clear guidelines which helped us understand the dos and don’ts for the logo, and the proposal was done in a similar style to the projects I provided them as references.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated via email and they’ve sent us PDFs for the branding and the proposal. It took longer for us than we expected to prepare the content for the second deliverable, however, they designed it so fast that it was as if they already had the design in mind when we sent them the content. They were using Figma to create the design; however, they provided us with a Google Presentation file for ease of editing on our end.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They offered a great value. They presented us with better results than initially anticipated and were overall professional during communication.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, the process was really easy, and we got what we wanted. They were even quick with revisions and took feedback well. I'll be coming back.

We had a very limited timeframe because we had to get the project up and running ASAP. And we made it. Special thanks to the team that was able to put themselves in our shoes and make every effort possible to launch the product on time.

We communicated through Zoom. We worked closely with their designer who used Figma to showcase the results and to make quick changes based on our wishes. For speedy communication we relied on Telegram

We were looking for a studio to develop our corporate identity, design and development of our website and UX/UI platform. Our goal was to find a studio that already had experience in the fintech industry. We spent a long time looking at different artists on Behance and found Adwivo, whose work we immediately liked.

We chose this studio because the style of their work, was close to what we were looking for. But the key factor for our decision was that their team already had a good experience in the cryptocurrency industry and after a short negotiation, we were convinced that this team knows what to do.

It all started with the development of corporate identity. We developed a logo and a brand book. We approved it almost immediately. There were a couple of minor revisions, but we liked the team's idea. The next step was the design and development of the website. Here it was more difficult, since we didn't have much information for the site. But even here we got an excellent result. The final step, was the design for our platform. We still get great feedback from our users for the design and usability of our platform.

The main work was with the project manager, with whom we were constantly in touch and received all the necessary information. We also communicated with the designer several times. With him we discussed our ideas and his concepts.

We got a fantastic result. All of our wishes were taken into account. There were some disputes about some of our ideas, but as practice has shown, we made the right choice to trust the experience of the Adwivo team

We used Zoom to communicate. All materials were delivered via Google docs or by email. For short questions, we used email, but once a week, we had a general call to discuss interim results.

We were most impressed by the team's experience. They knew exactly what our users needed. Because of their experience with similar projects, they shared with us many things we didn't know. Thanks to them for that. It helped a lot to promote our product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It's hard to answer this question because we had a lot of ideas and not all of them were implemented because we didn't have enough information for them. But I am sure that in the new version of the site, we will implement all our ideas.

I would say that the development of the website was a bit slow, however, the end result was certainly above our expectations!

I loved the design philosophy of our portal, how well structured the content was and the communication in regards to any changes which I’ve wanted to see in the website.

There is always something which can be done differently, however, we are satisfied with the results that Adwivo provided us.

The original delivery time was missed, but we definitely appreciated the quality that ADWIVO provided and we were able to be flexible with them as well.

The best way to measure a success for us would be to compare the lead generation before working with the company and after. Results showed a monthly increase of 564% and this continued to grow as the company was also initially involved in marketing efforts.

Mostly communicated via emails. We used Google Spreadsheets to send suggestions that had to be implemented on the website.

I would say you get what you pay for and then some. Adwivo is very proactive and strived to treat our business as if it was their own. We would definitely recommend them to our partners who want to get the best results for their website.
