We engaged Advisory Apps to build our billing software because we couldn’t get a standard package in the market.

Advisory Apps helped us build our billing software. They were also involved in the SIT and UAT testing phases.

We had a project manager as our main point of contact. The founder of Advisory Apps also participated in some meetings.

Advisory Apps was introduced by a business associate who had been using their services. The business associate was satisfied with the services, so we decided to work with the company.

We spent about $75,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in July 2024, and the project was completed in the second quarter of 2025.

My team was happy with them, so we’re now giving them another project.

How did Advisory Apps perform from a project management standpoint?

Advisory Apps delivered the project on time and with fewer problems. They also provided us with the proper system to complete the SIT and UAT testing. We had a physical meeting once a month. For the rest of the communication, we used email and telecommunication.

The founders of Advisory Apps were quite involved, so we could get in touch with them as and when we needed their attention.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re getting too many projects, so they need to get more resources. They need more time to look at the projects they’re working on.

If you work with them, you’re in good hands. They deliver quality projects. I’ve already recommended them to my friends.
