When we started the project to upgrade our brand, we had zero overseas partners,  now we have operatons in South Africa, Vietnam, Dubai, Egypt and Belgium.  Adstract have been a massive help to us as we worked on these partnerships and have contributed to these partner acquisitions immensly.

I'm the managing director of LITS since 2005. We’re a company that provides translation and interpretation services in the legal sector.

We have 10 full-time employees, about 500 are on retainer, and we're based near Manchester, UK.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had a website that was in need of a layout and content refresh, so we approached Adstract to take this project on. They use Editor X to develop the website and its core functionality is to create a more streamlined UX by having users upload files and documents directly to the website.

This is possible with the system that the team integrated, and other features include a booking and review process. Right now, we’re still working on implementing more components and further integrations to automate the entire platform.

I work with a software assistant, as well as the director of the company.

Our previous website was quite tired and weary, but Adstract made the UX much more streamlined. We’ve seen a significant increase in submission forms, as well as sales thanks to the fluidity of communication and process.

Apart from that, we've had a lot of good feedback from a number of customers, and we’re also getting a lot of interest generated through our website.

The website was completely designed from scratch and looks absolutely great! They developed it using Wordpress which was better for SEO and the capabilities we were looking for. It's already generating us revenue and the website is so easy to use for customers. We then used them for full service marketing like seo, Google ads, blog posts, and email marketing. They go above and beyond to find ways to automate our processes and where we can improve our overall business through marketing.
