I am the digital marketing head of the company. Our office is headquartered in Indore, India and has been in the advertising and marketing business for the past 5 years. My key role is to beautify a brand image across the digital space, plan campaigns, brainstorm growth strategies and drive traffic on the website and ultimately, purchase intent.

Recently, we stamped a deal for app development. We had heard of Ads N Url as one of the best web-app development company in Delhi from many of our colleagues and that is why we decided to go with them to develop a mobile app for our business.

What were your goals for this project?

Our ultimate goal with a business app was to create a useful marketing channel that our customers could use to know more about us, connect better with them, improve our offering, enhance the accessibility of our services and offer better customer service. We wanted our app to be amazing, unique and effective. Thereby we decided to go with the experts of Ads N Url.

How did you select this vendor?

We scrutinized a number of companies but since many of our colleagues had a great experience with Ads N Url, we decided to give it a shot. Though the company was based in Delhi, they were offering everything we required that too under our budget.

Describe the project in detail.

We started with scrum meetings on skype for two weeks. We discussed the project requirements and viability for different modules. They validated our requirements and by the end, everyone was clear of what technologies & methodologies would go into making this app. So, we opted for React Native with Node.js for our application. They gave us a brief timeline for shaping our idea into reality. First, they created the wireframe combining it with a required UI/UX flow. A few feedback cycles and the wireframe was finalized. Along with the development, continuous testing was also carried out. Finally, the app was developed under a complete iterative, secured, a robust environment taking proper account of back-end, server and the APIs to connect the data flow to the front-end.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of 6 members and we were in coordination with the project manager for all the requirements and updates. There was a graphic designer, two UI/UX designers, an android app developer and Quality Assurance specialist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app was developed as expected and launched successfully. And it started showing positive results in less than a month. The app did an excellent job to attract better leads and genuine customers that helped us build better brand loyalty. We noticed increased app engagement and user retention. We are more than satisfied.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team was great to work with. We never faced any issues in terms of coordination, timing and communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The best part about Ads N Url was that the team was flexible enough to accommodate our preferences and additions. Anytime we had bug or issue, they rectified it as soon as possible. The team kept me updated throughout the development process. I am glad I chose Ads N Url for the development of my app. They have innovative and hardworking people on board to execute the project successfully.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They are reliable partner one can trust upon for app and web development needs. The only thing I wish they could be is being more take-charge. That’s it! Nevertheless, we’ve been very pleased with the work that they’ve done. I would highly recommend them to others and hire them for my next projects as well.

As we were growing, we wanted a professional website, which had to be perfect from all directions and had to convey the right message to our clients.

We got their profile listed on Google and sent enquiry. The business development manager was quite persistent in his follow ups so we decided to go with them.

The project was 4-5 months long. It was a web design/web development and CRM set up. Our requirements were gathered and everything was documented, which seemed quite professional.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned a dedicated Project Manager, who was always in touch. It was good to have a single point of contact. The technical person was also available during our meetings so there was no shortcoming from any side. We had a weekly update so there was no need to follow up. The project was completed we ll within the time frame.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The website looks very professional and there has been no downtime at all sine the time it was launched. We feel happy to portray our website to our clients.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had regular weekly updates from the Project Manager so we didnt have to follow up with them. Every thing was documented by them and shared with us so there was no misunderstanding from either side. The project went quite smooth. We definitely were a happy customer at the end of the project

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their payment terms were quite flexible. Would definitely appreciate the sales persons persistence. They have become our digital partner.

Initially, I was a little nervous about working with them, but they proved to be a very qualified team. My business has grown since I began working with Ads n Url.

There was a lack of coordination at the beginning which caused missed deadlines. After a couple of months, everything got on track.
