 Overview:

RARC aims to effectively streamline collection management while automating the collection process through an efficient collection workforce. By leveraging advanced technology & digital platforms. The primary objective is to empower RARC with complete control over their data through a secure platform that offers a single source of input and no output option, to ensure airtight data integrity.

Data is the primary element for relevant business decision-making. Meanwhile, 34% use data to identify new opportunities. In these terms, handy and straightforward data demonstration and representation are a must. Dashboard software solutions efficiently transform raw data into actionable insights, assisting businesses to make informed decisions.

A debt collection dashboard is like your mission control center for debt recovery. Besides showing you a list of outstanding debts, it provides you with a dynamic view of your entire collection process.

-          Platform will pull the available datapoints from LMS which are required for the Debt Collection Dashboard

-          There should be provision to calculate the additional data points as per the logic

ii.                  Data Processing:

-          Once the database is populated in the platform, it should process, and analytics engine should display the data as per the preset filters or slicers.

-          The platform should be dynamic in nature so that any data field can be added in the data filter or slicer to get a definite data cut.

III.     The processed data will be projected on multiple dashboards as per the applied filters and the segregation of data are preset values as provided. The application was launched successfully and has received positive feedback. The client was very satisfied with it and gave us 2–3 more projects following that. 

Adorebits is very cooperative. They do good work and are very flexible. We do the QA from our end and whenever something comes up, their team is able to complete it.

How did Adorebits Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

They are able to complete the projects according to the timelines. If we need them to work more hours, they will do it without any arguments in order to complete the project by the deadline. Adorebits has really shown their professionalism.

We share the project requirements with Adorebits’ senior developers over the phone and they’re able to understand it. Our end client uses Asana so we’ve added them as our own developers, which makes it very easy to communicate. When they need to reach out to us regarding the status of the tasks, they would just do so over Asana, and we would get a notification. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The main thing is their flexibility and professionalism. Our client is based in the US so there have been many times where I’ve had to speak with Adorebits late at night. They pick up the phone without any hesitation, provide me with professional answers, and work quickly. They are very good.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not at this time. They have performed very well and are always improving themselves.

We definitely recommend them if you have clients that you cannot service yourself due to time constraints or financial reasons. Adorebits will be able to take care of that for you.

The users will be able to post their ads on the platform through photos and video clips which will be displayed to all other users instantly. Each ad will have the specific ad number and the client name who posted that ad on the platform. The advertisement can be used through the adver-tisement number, the member’s word, or from the first letter of the advertisement. The customer can modify it at any time from the advertisement modification feature. The customer can delete the ad.

The advertiser or browser can send an advertisement on social media. The users will be able to follow-up feature for responses to the advertisement. The users will be able to view similar ads under the advertisement on the platform.

The platform will allow users to connect with each other. The users can send mes-sages to each other. The user profiles will be maintained on the platform. The application will allow users to follow each other on the platform. The members' properties for some of them af-ter the undertaking are a commodity for those who have a relationship. The customer can be activated through text messages.
