Sometimes you literally have to indicate step by step what exactly needs to be done, no personal interpretation is given. This may have to do with a cultural difference, but after I indicated this, the team also provides more feedback on how they think something could be improved. 

I really like that because I'm not an expert. They are the experts and of course I know approximately how I want it to be, but I don't know how this can best be achieved. That's why I think the team's opinion is important.
