We needed a team to build custom apps for us.

AddWeb Solution has been building our custom web app. The team has been using various AWS services to create the app. The app receives projects via SQS messages, and based on the information included in the messages, it creates projects on the UI. The app also includes process management and returns messages to a response queue after each project is completed.

Users have been using the web app successfully. They used to need projects manually without the app, so they like having the app.

Even with time differences, AddWeb Solution responds quickly, and we're having a good collaboration experience. We primarily communicate through MS Teams and emails.

After integrating multiple API's the website started to look more and more like the outcome we had in mind. It was just a gradual process.

Items were deliverd on time and if not there was communication about the issue beforehand. Team is accessible and tries to think of multiple options when facing a problem. Team is happy to invest extra time ultimately arrive at the best solution.

Sometimes you literally have to indicate step by step what exactly needs to be done, no personal interpretation is given. This may have to do with a cultural difference, but after I indicated this, the team also provides more feedback on how they think something could be improved. 

I really like that because I'm not an expert. They are the experts and of course I know approximately how I want it to be, but I don't know how this can best be achieved. That's why I think the team's opinion is important.

Our KPI was number of appointments booked. Business has grown 30% MoM (Month over Month)
