What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Although our redesigned website launched recently, we've already seen meaningful improvements in the overall customer experience. The new site offers more intuitive navigation, easier product discovery, and a more streamlined shopping process. Features like Shop by Zone, Shop by Crop, and our improved product pages have made it easier for customers to explore our extensive catalog and find varieties suited to their needs.From an operational standpoint, the custom Mix 'n Match discount functionality has also helped simplify a complex part of our pricing structure. While we're continuing to monitor longer-term performance metrics, the successful launch of these features, improved mobile experience, and more cohesive website design have been significant early indicators of success. Since the website launched relatively recently, we're still gathering data to fully evaluate its impact on conversion rate, average order value, and other key performance metrics. However, we've already seen improvements in the overall shopping experience, particularly when it comes to navigation, product discovery, and mobile usability. The redesigned layout and custom shopping features have made the site more intuitive and easier for customers to navigate. We're looking forward to seeing how these improvements translate into measurable results as we move into our peak selling season.We haven't received any direct customer feedback on the new website just yet. The site started ranking higher on Google for our key HR-related keywords, and we began receiving more candidate applications directly through the website instead of external forms. The new CV database made our internal workflow faster and more organized, allowing us to manage applications in one place. Overall, the website looks more professional, performs better, and has helped strengthen our company’s online presence.The website has been live for only about ten days, and we currently don’t have access to detailed analytics or traffic reports yet. However, we’ve already received several candidate applications through the new system, and initial feedback from our clients and partners has been very positive. The platform is functioning smoothly, and we’re planning to start tracking performance metrics in the coming weeks as more data becomes available.

Based on mock-ups and a list of technical requirements, we carried out a complex redesign of our Wordpress site and our Woocommerce store with Vladan's help. He implemented all our wishes and also contributed his own creative ideas and solutions. He not only kept all functional aspects in mind, but also the visual appearance. We then worked with him to gradually optimize the site for SEO and performance.

Vladan then moved the pages and the store over to Shopfify with us. We also did this on the basis of the existing look and extended mock-ups. Vladan always responded to any challenges that arose with creative ideas and patience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successful migration of the design to a live WordPress environment, optimized mobile performance, improved page speed, and positive client feedback. The client continued the collaboration into a new phase of development on Shopify.
