We hired Actinium Agency to design and build our first e-commerce website from scratch. As a small family brand, we needed a website that would clearly present our baby swaddle bags and make it easy for customers to understand the product and place orders.

The project included website design, development, mobile optimization, payment setup, and basic SEO preparation. • Transition to a more scalable Shopify-based store (shop.beforeeight.com) as the business evolved, moving away from WooCommerce.

Based on mock-ups and a list of technical requirements, we carried out a complex redesign of our Wordpress site and our Woocommerce store with Vladan's help. He implemented all our wishes and also contributed his own creative ideas and solutions. He not only kept all functional aspects in mind, but also the visual appearance. We then worked with him to gradually optimize the site for SEO and performance.

Vladan then moved the pages and the store over to Shopfify with us. We also did this on the basis of the existing look and extended mock-ups. Vladan always responded to any challenges that arose with creative ideas and patience.

Successful migration of the design to a live WordPress environment, optimized mobile performance, improved page speed, and positive client feedback. The client continued the collaboration into a new phase of development on Shopify.

Vladan has always endeavored to deliver everything on time. If this is not possible due to challenges, we are informed immediately and receive an explanation. In general, we always receive informative looms about the processes and everything is quite structured with regular calls.

What challenge were you trying to address with Actinium?

We needed a completely new website that would clearly represent our HR and recruitment services in a professional way. Our goal was to build an online platform within Wordpress and Elementor that allows candidates to easily apply for open positions and upload their CVs, while giving our team a simple system to manage applications in one place.

Actinium handled the complete redesign and development of the OpenDoors.hr website from concept to launch. Their work included creating a custom WordPress platform that reflects our brand identity and clearly communicates our HR and recruitment services. They developed a functional candidate management system where CVs and applications are collected and stored in one place, along with tools for posting and managing job openings. The site was optimized for SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness, with an integrated blog, contact forms, and analytics. Actinium also provided technical support and guidance throughout the process, ensuring everything worked smoothly before and after the launch.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After launching the new website, we immediately noticed better visibility and engagement. The site started ranking higher on Google for our key HR-related keywords, and we began receiving more candidate applications directly through the website instead of external forms. The new CV database made our internal workflow faster and more organized, allowing us to manage applications in one place. Overall, the website looks more professional, performs better, and has helped strengthen our company’s online presence.The website has been live for only about ten days, and we currently don’t have access to detailed analytics or traffic reports yet. However, we’ve already received several candidate applications through the new system, and initial feedback from our clients and partners has been very positive. The platform is functioning smoothly, and we’re planning to start tracking performance metrics in the coming weeks as more data becomes available.
