• Our primary goals were to refresh SECNY's online presence with a complete rebrand, improve member experience, ensure ADA compliance, and enhance search visibility to attract new members across their Central New York service area.

We have used ACS for a variety of projects. Initially they developed our website and employee extranet which went very well. When we updated the website last year, we continued to use ACS due to how easy they made the process and how easy the backside is to update and change on our own for business needs. ACS also does SEO work as well and we have partnered with them within the past few months for additional online marketing. ACS set up our google analytics and their website checks allow us to stay ADA compliant and keep broken links off the website.

SECNY achieved first-place search rankings for a long list of valuable, relevant keywords. The site maintains ongoing ADA compliance with monthly audits and reporting, providing documentation for regulatory requirements. The redesign supports their expanding membership base.

They are very easy to work with and get in touch with. They offer phone, chat, and basecamp support all of which are replied to extremely quickly. Every project we have used ACS for has been completed on time if not earlier.

They genuinely want to help our business acheive the results we are looking for. They aren't just accepting payment and brushing us off. They have remained committed to our projects and people from day 1

I have no complaints or issues. Everything we have asked for has been done and anything we need is resolved normally within the same business day as long as the request is submitted in a timely fashion.

The idea was to enhance CMP’s website by making it more user-friendly, improving SEO visibility, ADA Compliancy, and providing a more modern, refreshed design that aligns with our branding, operational needs, and alignment with CMP’s growth.  There was custom design developed across multiple display sizes and devices (i.e. phone, tablet, laptop, desktop).

Search engine rankings have improved since the website launch, connecting more potential patients with providers. With HIPAA-compliant analytics configured, the practice can track performance while maintaining patient privacy and measure growth.

The team was very responsive to all quesions and changes. The project was completed within the project timeline that was originally presented.
