We saw improved platform stability, smoother workflows, and faster turnaround on feature updates. We experienced reduced downtime, quicker feature releases, and noticeable improvements in overall platform performance. Downtime was reduced by around 20%, and feature releases became about 25% faster compared to before.

Our response times improved by around 20%, and we noticed a noticeable boost in customer interactions thanks to automated workflows. Overall, we saved about 15–20% of the resources we previously spent managing customer interactions.
