I’m the product manager at Westerner Seat Covers. We manufacture seat covers for SUVs, trucks, and heavy equipment in Canada.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ace SEO Consulting?

Before Ace SEO Consulting, we worked with another SEO firm that did all of our marketing, web development, and SEO. They also managed all of our social media posts and accounts. However, we were not able to scale and get the traffic that we needed.

After that, another firm took over and re-did it. They changed the layout, integrated WooCommerce, and added year-make-model searches. However, there were a lot of bugs with that. Every time there was an update with either WordPress or plugins, our website would crash. That was at least once or twice per month.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ace SEO Consulting has helped us fix all of the issues with our website. Currently, they provide high-quality backlinks and posts, which help us market our brand in Canada and the US. They drive a lot of traffic to our website and Google My Business. They help us get more email inquiries and requests through social media to know more about our products.

I googled different local SEO companies. I searched through different cities in my province and interviewed around 8 companies, but I ended up choosing Ace SEO Consulting.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I closely monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics to track our metrics every month. Also, Ace SEO Consulting provides me with a video or update from Google Analytics outlining what was done and how it has grown. So far, we’re growing at a rate of about 10% each month compounded.

How did Ace SEO Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

We don’t have any real deadlines, other than making sure that the website is operational. Everything is a huge success because we’ve seen it grow quite a bit. We communicate with the web developer once or twice a week through email, but after work hours, we use WhatsApp. We also usually use Google Meet for our meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ace SEO Consulting is very knowledgeable, fast, and affordable.

I can’t think of anything that they can improve on.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal was to have a website that is visually pleasing and easy to navigate as well as one that educates people on services we offer. It’s a fine balance to combine lots of content and graphics to keep people interested and engaged. Ace and his team were able to provide us with that.

Before we hired Ave SEO consulting’s we did not have a website. The project started with In depth discussions regarding main focus and reason for having the website through layouts and colours to use for it. We than moved to the content that needed to be created.

My team provided guidelines and Ace SEO Consulting took it from there to create content that could be used for the website. Once that was done, my team had the chance to review demo sites and make changes as needed. After that was done, the website went live. Our next step was starting discussions regarding SEO strategies.

Those included detailed discussions about GMB and Social Media marketing. Ace provided us with key words to consider for the strategy and once those were selected, he and his team started working on implementing our discussed strategy.

I have worked directly with Ace who is the owner of the company for most part. However, I have also communicated with his 3 of his ten members regarding content writing, website layout. All members of the team were professional, quick to respond and attentive.

We did not have a website when we started working with Ace SEO Consulting. Now we have a website that’s e are proud to show. We have had only positive feedback to it. The website has been up for about a month now, but we already are seeing increase in visits and inquiries for our services.

The workflow was very effective. I received answered right away when I asked questions. Requested changes were made pretty much on the spot. The team is flexible, patient and accommodating which made working in this project pleasant and manageable.

The in depth knowledge about GMB and SEO strategies was mind blowing. I had no idea how much there is to it. Ace was able to walk me through all the options and strategies that were available to us and based on his expertise i was able to select the best strategy for our company.

Since we also wanted our website to rank higher on Google and attract customers from the search, they are doing Google Local Maps SEO and Local Calgary SEO for our accounting practice. We have enhanced online visibility, and we have received many leads directly due to their SEO services and blogging work.
