We were trying to put together a communication tool for families.

ACE Digital has done multiple websites for us. Right now, they are developing a web-based tool. It’s going to have a message board, an event calendar, and other kinds of features. We’ve been working on it for a long time, but they’re getting it dialed in now.

What is the team composition?

Anand (Project Manager) put together a great team, but I basically work with just him.

How did you come to work with ACE Digital?

I met Anand at work, and, since I’ve found him, I haven’t worked with anyone else.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $5,000–$7,000 over the years.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in 2015 and the relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve done some SEO work that’s been really good. That alone has paid for my investment with them, but we haven’t measured any metrics.

It has gotten a lot better. Initially, it wasn’t great, and we’ve become frustrated in the past. But overall, it’s been fine, and we’re starting a new deal right now.

They really commit to their work — Anand is really focused to get this website together, so their dedication to my project has been great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The challenges that we had with them in the past were timing and communication, but Anand seems much more organized than before, so those aren’t a problem anymore.

Any advice for potential customers?

The client should be really specific about the design because they’re developers, not designers. When I’ve had them designing, they haven't been great. I hired a designer this time, and it’s been better. It would really help the experience with ACE Digital if the client is specific on what they want and their goals are.
